I wanted to get a different printer than HP. I am happy with this purchase overall still. It prints great for my needs. However it loses connectivity more than it should to my computer for scanning and sometimes printing. It worked fine for awhile but now when I try to scan using the feed, it will not connect. So I need to do each page individually and lift the lid each time. It seems the software may need updated, but they have not done this for a while. When the printing loses connectivity it takes longer than necessary to reconnect it.

Getting this printer excited me with the great price I got it for. When I unboxed it, I thought the printer looked amazing and eventually coming alone to using it I thought it worked perfectly. The touch screen makes it easy to use and the set is user friendly with great printing quality.

So far so good. Fax works well. Auto feed copying is a nice feature. Much better than scanning each copy. It is a nice copier That does the job for what I need

I bought this printer several weeks ago and I have been very pleased. I have even used the fax feature, although it was a little complicated to start that function. Overall a great buy for the money.

It's met all our expectations. I especially use the scanning features and like all the options. Only time will tell how well this printer performs as most of the multi-function printers I've owned tend to not print well after a couple years even after regular maintenance.

I was a little skeptical about purchasing this product prior to performing the transaction, but to my surprise it was a heaven send! I use it for personal and business purposes and have yet to have any issues. This is a great product and I'm happy that I purchased it!

This printer is slow when scanning and it has an issue when using in windows 10 it can NOT send your scan items straight to your p.c. it forces you to use your online storage also the life of the ink is too short comparing to other printers even thogh this printer is built with 4 individial color cartridges sales for those at the store are not you are forced to buy all of them

I purchased this cheap Epson printer for use upstairs (I have an Epson WF-830 which I love downstairs), thinking it would save steps. Well, it has done that to some degree, and works seamlessly with my phone and MAC computers, but if I just want a copy I can't just press "copy" on it like with my other printer, I have to scan it to a computer and print it again that way. Also it took a call to customer support to get it to work with my Windows 7 PC.

I was always an HP man. Yet they always seemed to loose my wifi connection. After educating myself on the newer printers I chose this Epson and have been pleased. It works very well with IOS.

Took a little longer to set up because the download drivers didn't work, per instructions. Had to download separately. Ink life isn't the greatest, very small containers.

My printer quit at a horrible time, I looked for the same one, but it was discontinued. This was rated as a similar one. I went ahead and got it & couldn't be happier. Works great. Print quality is great. Would definitely recommend &/or purchase again.

It is acting strange. Need to take it in so they can check it out for me. I am having problems with printing info from my phone. I really have to take this in and renew my upgrade!

I find this product good for day to day printing. The wifi printing is easy to do. The print from email print is difficult and not easy to do. Would be nice if scan was wifi capable as well.

I use the printer for home. My son just started back at college and I wanted something WIFI and easier on ink. So far I'm satisfied, mainly using black it doesn't seem to use much ink. It was easy to set up on my WIFI network and has worked flawlessly.

The feature that I should have looked for his the automatic tray. I print for my room and when I come out to the living room the paper is on the floor. It's a bummer when I do many pages

I BOUGHT THIS TO REPLACE ANOTHER PRINTER, IT WAS ON SALE AND THE INK ISN'T PRICED TO BAD. I HAD TO RUN THE CLEAN HEAD TWICE TO GET IT TO PRINT CORRECTLY BUT IT IS WORKING GOOD NOW.

My last Epson printer was 10 years old and started to give me some connectivity problems. It remained a workhorse though, so when I chose to look for another printer, I went with another Epson. Great product, reasonable price. Perfect for my home office.

Bad setting, hard time communicating with computer. Would not make copies and finally i couldn't turn off printer it got stuck while trying to restart, ended returning it.

This printer does what I need it to do. It prints. Pretty quickly and quietly. It maintains it's wireless connection, and I like that it has a paper tray. I haven't used the scanner or fax features yet. Overall happy with this purchase.

I returned this product because it was hard to set up and afterwards to operate. Returned it and bought a HP Envy 7640 which I love and recommend. However I did not get my rewards points for the HP Envy. So glad I decided to review the products so I can contact the store to redeem my points. Do not buy this printer because all cartridges are indibuidual tubes and just not convenient or economical.
