The ppm is very slow even when printing in black only. The prints per cartridges is very low. Sled than half of what the manufacturer states. The ink I've expensive, right up there with HP.

printer is good for home office jobs not good for an office inks runs out fast plus takes forever to print out docs. if you need an office printer spend a little extra and get a bigger one.

Had the printer just under 30 days when it quit printing black ink - tried everything (change ink cartridge, clean heads, manually clean heads but nothing worked). This was a replacement for another workforce series model that did the same but it took it almost 2 years to have it happen. We have had many Epson printers in our household for the last 20 years (still have 2 large format ones that have been running for years with only minimal maintenance) and have never had a problem like this until these workforce series printers.

This is a review for the Epson WorkForce W-2760 that I received free of charge to do a beta test review. I find that the print quality is outstanding with clear type no smears or skip. It was easy to set up, wireless is a plus and the fact that I can use my IPad with it is a plus. I find it very noisy compared to all my other printers a quiet button would be nice to install! The speed is a bit slow. This is a great printer for someone looking for a reasonable printer that has all the bells and whistles of more expensive printers including the fax and scan. The price is well within the affordability area as well.

Runs out of ink vert quickly, and now I can’t install cartridges. Printer doesn’t recognize. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for.

I have always loved Epson printers but this one, not so much. I did a firmware update and ever since it wont recognize Geniune Epson printer ink cartridges. I just threw away money on new cartridges that don’t work. Since the update this printer is useless. Product support is non existent. Wow Epson you have disappointed a loyal buyer.

If you do not print daily, the ink cartridges will clog up and dry out. Tried cleaning kit with no luck.

I really wanted to like this printer, I even kept it for a few months in different rooms of the house thinking maybe it was cold or something since the scanning feature takes over an hour to scan and the ink streaks...Silly reasoning I know...Anyway, its the 6th month and Im going to throw this thing in the garbage if I cant get my money back.

Customer service is terrible. The fax broke after less than 90 days. Will not honor the warranty without us sending them full price first. Too late to return to the store due to store policy. Placed on hold to talk to supervisor for over 30 minutes. They want you to hang up / give up. Why does it need to be so hard just to get what you pay for.

This printer sucks plain and simple. It works great out of the box but dies within 3-6 months. This is the 3rd one I have had (all replaced by Epson due to "software errors"). Now this one won't print and I've done all the cleanings 10 times each. It has eaten thru 2 full ink cartridges of each color. Don't waste your money. Buy an HP at a higher cost

Ink kept clogging. Had to use iso alcohol to unclog. Started happening too often. Just took printer to recycle.

It worked for about 8-10 print jobs then stopped printing. Cleaned ink heads numerous times per instructions, replaced ink, tried all sorts of troubleshooting. Company said it was because inkwasnt purchased from them so they sent free ink - still doesn’t print or fax. Only works if you want to scan and send scanned documents via email using WiFi connection. This thing sucks. Just been collecting dust.

this has to be one of the best printers I have owned, and I have owned a few. lol LOVE it. Its wireless, so I can print coupons or work saved, straight from my phone, or from laptop etc. I like that I can print on BOTH sides of the paper if needed. Its quick and prints clear. I have found its perfect for everday printing, cant vouch for picture quality as I didn't have printer paper, but looked good on regular paper. It is a bit noisy, but that doesn't bother me, plus ink is relatively cheap. Add in the fact you can scan and fax, push button feature... Terrible on ink usage. doesn't use more than 35% of your ink, cannot refill the cartridges anywhere with this amount still in cartridge, and uses ink very quickly. I would never recommend this printer to anyone. I had an HP before and I got 5x more usage from the ink than this printer. It's less than 6 months old and I need to get a new one, this one is costing me so much money!

We just purchased this product, we haven't printed 15 pages and we are already out of ink. Terrible performance

This printer will not allow you to scan to email multiple addresses. Not convenient to be used for work.

I purchased this all-in-one printer for home use back in 2017. It's still working without any degradation now in mid-2023. I buy the multi-pack of ink cartridges for about $55 (contains magenta, yellow, cyan, and a XL black), which lasts me between 2-4 months on average. I'm so pleased with how well this product has served me all these years, especially considering how inexpensive it is.
