Easy to install, best bang for your buck and can't say enough good things about it. Would highly recommend the total tech for any headaches that may occur.

Set up and connected easily. Stays connected and prints fast unlike the more expensive HP 6978 that it replaced.

Despite 5-star review, unit was difficult to set up. Wired connection was impossible since HDMI & USB slots don't match my standard cables. So WiFi setup was necessary. Once I got through the software entanglements, WiFi now works perfectly. Unit functions great as to output quality. I like that Epson apparently sells ink refills as needed, unlike some brands that force user to buy a subscription.

I am quite happy with my purchase of the Epson WF-2960. It has performed well for the one month that I have owned it, The touch screen is so very convenient. The printed copies using paper with a 92 brightness are perfect. The ink cartridges are not expensive.

It fits my needs perfectly as a replacement for the great printer/copier/scanner I had previously.

I have used this now for all tasks except fax. It is very heavy is the only drawback.

Looks like this machine is simple enough for a Relic like me to operate. I could not get the other one to print. Taino installed this Epson easily, showed me the ropes, and looks like I'm 'in business. Glad you made it so convenient.

Does an excellent job. I wanted a printer that also has fax capabilities. This is an excellent printer at an affordable price.

I have been using a very well known competitors brands for decades and experienced nothing but trouble. I was so impressed with my new purchase of an Epson photo printer that I decided to purchase the WorkForce All-in-one. It turns out to be the most reliable home printer in every way.

A little slow getting to the printer but then prints fast

Excellent printer. Prints exceptionally fast and quality is great. Able to fax with only one quick connection from home phone. The Menu is a little small, but everything else about this printer is great! Highly recommend.

I love my new printer. I am a fan of Epson printers and was sad when my old one needed to be replaced. My new printer, the Epson WorkForce WF-2960 All-in-One was easy to set up, connect to wi-fi and operate. I highly recommend it!

This is a very nice printer. The document scanner works fine. Not the fastest scanner mind you but works very well. For occasional use for the home, it is fine. Everything it prints looks great.

I love this printer! It won’t let you change the ink cartridges until the ink is all gone! And you can buy the cartridges one at a time or all together. Images are sharp and clear.

So far so good. I've used it a bit, and was surprised I did it correctly! The technician who installed it was very patient and made sure I could perform all the functions,
