Worth the money IMHO

This setup works very well. When i first turned it on it seemed to have a poor quality display due to the image looking poor at different angles but after standing it up with its stand i realized that the display looks excellent when viewing at a downward angle with the unit standing on the counter.
I put the probe in a glass of ice water for 5 minutes and the temperature went to 33 degrees. Good enough for me. I might have gone to 32 where it should have if i left it for a few more minutes. This unit is well wort the money. I tried wireless thermometers at 4 times the price with no luck.

We used it a couple of time then suffered a bad temp probe. Contacted them and a warranty one arrived promptly. We have been enjoying it. User friendly.

not for on the grill, heat is to high, it not that good for the oven either, it's questionable

The key to an excellent tasting and juicy piece of meat is cooking it to the perfect internal temperature. This wireless thermometer is the perfect kitchen tool to do grilling right!

If you want a wireless thermometer that is “close enough” to the correct temperature it’s great, but I cook briskets and pulled pork and I need an exact reading.
