I thought this was much better than Escape from New York. Better pacing, characters, and way more action and Kurt Russell kills it as Snake Plissken.

The movie is fun if you don't take it too seriously. Kurt Russell is awesome. 4K picture quality is outstanding!

A great classic movie awesome snake character This is the sequel to the original escape from New York and maybe itself is not as good as the original in my opinion however it is still a fun popcorn movie. Nice packaging great 4K transfer love it!

Although, not as good as the first, it was needed to complete the collection. Not remastered well, though.......

A great follow-up to "Escape from New York". It's great to see what John Carpenter thinks of Los Angeles, and continue on with the dystopia he started so many years before.

The movie is fairly average, compared to Escape from New York. But it looks better than ever in 4K.

Being a huge fan of John Carpenters first Escape movie, had to pick this up. Great 4K version.

Shout Factory has released another stellar looking 4k movie. Colors pop, blacks are black, and the sound is incredible. Plus, how can you go wrong with Kurt Russell and John Carpenter?

I purchased this at Best Buy for a very good price. It is in excellent condition and I had not seen it elsewhere for a lower price. Those were two of the main selling points for me.

Fun movie and definitely leave your brain at the door. Looks good on 4K.

I live this movie!! Great action, Kurt Russel in his prime, well directed by John Carpenter, and another classic score from Carpenter! This was kind of overlooked when it was released, I highly recommend.

Such a fun action movie a sequel to escape from New York which is of course better…but still a good movie and looks super good on 4k

Escape from L.A. Is such a wonderfully BAD movie. I have loved it since i saw it in theaters. A great follow up to ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK.

My memory is fading...not as good as I recalled from all those years ago. A bit of a cheesy fun ride, but more of a "Drive-in" than "Dolby Atmos Theatre" experience. Still, for the money, a reasonable add to anyone's library....

This is an great movie to have when you just need to unwind for the day and not want to think about the movie's meaning.

never seen this movie but was itching for some new release and purchased this turns out to be an awesome show

Disc would play properly and I had it returned for a refund but never got my money back after several days and still have not received any refund.
