The palm reader works 100% of the time. Better than the finger print

The Eufy keyless door lock with video & palm reader is amazing, giving us yet another option to lock/unlock, secure our home and to physically see who is at our front door at home. You can also lock, unlock and watch the video camera anywhere that you have cellular data or an internet connection. We love this new lock, but best of all, it gives us security and peace of mind when we travel and aren’t home.

I really like this system and love Eufy products. The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is because the one thing I wish this product had is the extra camera on the bottom to view packages. I have the other dual camera doorbell system and that one can notify me about packages. This one does not have that feature, but it has all the other awesome features.

Much better than the last version with the fingerprint. this is much faster and so easy to access. Battery is solid built quality is solid feels like a premium product and the sale price was hard to pass. installation took me like 5 mins no more so easy to install. Main thing its fast to unlock. recommend it to anyone that's looking for a new lock.

I installed this eufy smart lock a month ago. I just need the palm of my hand to open the door lock I don’t need to use passcodes anymore! No need to replace batteries every month ether.

I only had this item for a week but I Love this product. The night view on the camera is clear. The doorbell in heard on the opposite side of the house which has been an issue with other doorbells. I haven’t figured out the palm entry yet

Awesome product!! This device exceeds my expectations… I can use my palm , code , app to unlock… I also have a camera which lets me see who on the other side before opening ( high tech peep hole) I totally love this product

I have enjoyed the easy anf fast access into my home with the palm reader. Plus the automatic door lock when i enter or leave my home.

Hand scanner works fast ..way bette rthen fingerprint lock…. And the wide camera is a great upgrade … but honest i would rather it be cheaper and ditch the back screen its not supper useful but im sure accounts for a decent amount of that $399

3 week owner. Only hiccup has been having to recalibrate palm veins for older family member, so maybe wrinkly hands are problematic? Love it otherwise. No touch, no problem!

Great door Handsfree bolt assembly. Other options include a passcode and key. Very useful for the kiddos. Specially hands free.

I this is my 3rd eufy lock the device, I am impressed with the way the palm lock function works. There is some room for improvment with the back screen but overall great quality product

Super easy to install, works like a charm, setting up was also easy with the app. Hand palm reads better than fingerprint with my previous Yale access model.

I really wanted to love this lock—it’s convenient and works well overall. Unfortunately, it has one major drawback. Once installed, the interior door knob was so easy to turn that my dog, who had never opened a door before, was able to open it and run outside few times. I ended up having to return it for this reason.

Great product no more keys programming was easy and the entire family was entered
