After careful consideration of multiple wireless camera systems the Eufy system was the one for us for several reasons. 1. No monthly subscription. 2. Low cost of equipment. 3. High resolution of the Pro set, with great facial recognition capabilities. 4. Eufy door bell works great. 5. GeoFencing works great, cameras capture everything in the zone. 6. Easy to install, easy to manage VIA the app even when not home. Eufy will take your feedback and ideas seriously, and possibly implement them if there is enough demand. You can buy one main system with the cameras and base or the doorbell and base, then add more cameras and a doorbell separately. At this time I think the system can handle 16 cameras on one base. The two way audio works well and is easy to use in the app. Each camera has a theft deterrent alarm. The doorbell surprisingly does not yet. Mounting is super easy on the exterior of the home. We have put them through some good storms and all have held up with no issues. The wind has been strong enough to trigger the theft alarm. Wide angle view on the cameras allow for one camera to cover 98% of our backyard. Night vision works really well, the camera will auto switch if enough ambient light is dected. Overall great system, highly recommended.

I am someone who came from lorex plugged in camera with display screen Wi-Fi thing, to Arlo pro 2 and was about to go back to lorex this time wired but decided to settle with this eufy. I thought eufy was a knock off Arlo and I realized it was made by a really good battery making brand Anker. The batteries are supposed to last for 6months to a year. We will see about tha. Arlo is at most 3-4 months. I like the storage onto the base station and the idea of only a subscription cloud storage you probably don’t need that. To be honest. All of the features are way more advanced then the Arlo pro 2. It is the same as the updated cameras from Arlo but only if you buy the subscription service but with Eufy they are included into your purchase. The video quality is great and comparable to other 2k cameras. Sounds quality is superb. It has a black out feature for windows you want to keep private, active recording zones, and A-I with facial recognition. I’m glad I made the transfer instead of paying Arlo for those features monthly.

    Reasonable Wireless Security System

I have been studying systems for a long time and really wanted to be wireless altogether. I didn't want to be tied to a service. This system has not disappointed. It was a little tough getting it off the ground and configured at first, but once I got through some minor hurdles it went rather smoothly. The range is more than sufficient, my furthest camera is about 40 feet away from the base unit and through a couple of walls. Picture quality is great. They give you two mounting options for the camera, one screw in, one magnetic. I use the screw in ones on the easily accessible cameras for theft reasons, it also seems to have a little better angle adjustment. Both work fine. Access is easy via the App, I wish the software was available for a PC but I can live with IOS apps. Night vision is acceptable, rolls to black and white but captures plenty of light and things are clearly visible. Time will tell as to longevity, batteries are supposed to last a year without a charge. That we shall see and I will update if it falls way short of that. I am happy with the purchase and would recommend.

Homekit compatible. Doorbell isnt by the way if you choose to buy it. But the cameras are great quality and install ease wise. App is pretty good as well, minus all the adds. With HomeKit you dont really need the app much anyways. Setup took less than 5 mins.

Cameras have worked great without a problem. Very clear video when watching recordings or viewing live. I do gave fiber internet at home and have video quality to 1080p instead of 2K. set up was very simple and took a few minutes. I’ve had the cameras for a month and the battery is still in the mid 90’s.

I am beyond impressed and the solar powered option is the sweetspot. The camera footage is spot on. I was currently using the Arlo system and its not up to par compared to this system. Its also faster and shows real time action unlike Arlo which has a delay.

After spending many hours of researching wireless security cameras, even purchasing and returning several other popular brands, we settled on this kit. It fit our criteria very well! We valued the fact that we did not need to pay a subscription fee and all the recordings were stored locally on the base station. We found setup to be very easy and the cameras were setup on the first try (unlike the other brands, which need several attempts to get to connect) We also found the video and audio quality to be excellent. The best aspect that I found about this system is that you can customize the recording length up to 120 seconds! The other brands, with paid subscriptions, did not give us this option. In addition, the cameras are very versatile, providing very good battery life. The one we set to the maximum recording length and lowest retrigger time is still at 90% after 1 month out in 90+ degree humid weather with the occasional heavy rainstorm. This is a great value system that I really enjoy and plan on keeping long term.

This is my second purchase of the Eufy Cam 2 Pro camera set up. I bought the first one for my parents after they had someone break into their cars in the driveway. I bought the second when I moved into a new house and wanted the extra security it offers. I love the system, the app is easy to navigate, the video playback is easy, yes there is a delay in notifying me that someone/something was spotted. The system is not perfect though. I cannot compare to other systems but the camera will pick up movement 98% of time. There are times when I coming home or leaving and the camera never picks anything up. The resolution is really good unless you have to zoom in to far. It does pick up a lot of different things including my flag waving on a windy day, a racoon crossing my path at midnight or on occasion letting me know that my dog has snuck into the front yard. The system does receive updates and have made improvements to UI and battery life, you can turn on/off automatic updates, but I have not been disappointed with an update. All in all, I always recommend this system to people that ask, I like that the video is stored locally, there is no monthly fee and I ultimately have control of the system.

Easy to set up with excellent features and image quality. The batteries are rechargeable and Eufy says that you will not have to recharge them for a year! (depending on usage!) All of the components are well made and the cameras can be easily mounted indoors or outdoors and are weatherproof.

Easy to set-up, easy to use, long-lasting batteries and great app to set-up and manage detection zones, security schemes, etc. I bought because of the wireless design, local storage design and 2k video quality. Friends were impressed and said the video quality is way better than their doorbell designs. I just love this set-up!

I had the older eufycam 2c and this 2k pro model is much better, see attached pic. In the pic, the middle section is eufycam 2 pro, whereas the eufycam 2C the top part. Notice how much more detail with this newer model.

Our neighborhood has had a lot of car break-ins and package theft. One my neighbors caught a criminal on video using the Eufy system, so I decided I wanted to get a Eufy system too. I really liked that there are no monthly service fees, no automatic calls to 911, great night vision, and no creepy guys watching from some service center. The cameras are nice looking and were easy to install with their wireless connection. Even without the best internet in our backyard they still work. Using the free app, you can adjust the sensitivity, and whether you want all motion or just human detection. We had to play with it a bit to get the right amount. At first it was alerting us every time the wind blew our Christmas wreath. Now it's just right. With the app you can snooze it if someone is outside blowing snow or mowing the lawn. I like that I get alerts when I'm not home and I can quickly check to see what's going on. If you want to talk to someone outside it's nice and clear audio. You can buy additional cameras that work nicely with the system. Overall, we're very happy with this purchase!

Very easy to install. WiFi reception is wide enough to reach to my outbuilding 100’ feet away, a nice surprise. Images are clear and the speaker / Mic work great. Along with all that, the battery life has been excellent, showing no drop in power in over a month of use so far. I could not be happier with the system.

I was looking for a system independent from cloud recording and monthly payments. So I searched everywhere and compare systems. Been always a Arlo customer from the old first system, was looking for something similar, but better quality. So I ran into Eufy. I already have the fingerprint code key door lock. And it work perfect. Where I live rarely the electricity or internet fail. So decided to buy the two cameras pro 2 system and two extra cameras and replacw my old arlo system and move that inside the house. Now my entire house is protected against intruders. I can what my cameras with audio and talk back. All in full color. Record really great. Installation was super easy and also brought the black covers so hard to be seen. Have 16 gb of memory. Itry to keep only 5 days maximum. Then I erase anything more than that. This now send me notifications from my door, and my 4 cameras. Next step will be getting the solar panels.

When it comes to home security, the EufyCam 2 Pro bundle is a symphony of clarity and practicality. Here’s why it has earned its spot in my digital fortress: Crystal-Clear Vision: These cameras don’t play games when it comes to clarity. With 2K resolution, every detail pops—whether it’s a curious squirrel or a late-night visitor. Say goodbye to grainy footage; the EufyCam 2 Pro paints a vivid picture. Motion Magic: Consistency is key, and these cameras deliver. Their motion detection range is like a vigilant sentry, capturing movement without fail. Whether it’s a prowler or just the neighbor’s cat, you’ll know. Fast notifications ping your phone, keeping you in the loop. Base Station Brilliance: Ah, the unsung hero—the base station. Not only does it serve as the access point for your cameras, but it also moonlights as their storage hub. No more cloud-only woes. The base station cradles your footage, safe and sound. Storage Savvy: Now, let’s talk storage. Two months’ worth of footage—that’s the promise. Even with your bustling camera traffic, the EufyCam 2 Pro keeps its cool. Plus, you can cherry-pick essential clips to save on your device. It’s like having a personal highlight reel. Smart Data Management: The storage isn’t just spacious; it’s smart. Old data tiptoes out the back door, making room for fresh recordings. It’s like having a digital housekeeper—tidy and efficient. Pesky Popups: But wait, there’s a fly in the ointment. Those pesky popups in the camera app—announcing sales and new products. Alas, no escape hatch. As far as I know, they’re here to stay. A minor annoyance in an otherwise stellar bundle. In summary, the EufyCam 2 Pro bundle is your silent guardian. It watches, it records, and it whispers no secrets. So, if you seek clarity, convenience, and a dash of digital elegance, consider this bundle. Your peace of mind awaits!

Easier to set up than arlo. Does'nt charge you to use like Arlo Does Now. Good picture quality . Can use Arlo old screw mounts. Highly recommend can hook up to 16 cameras on base. Cheaper than arlo and comes with home base unlike Arlo. Don't buy Arlo as they cut off all older cameras that were still working and now Im stuck with 8 dead cameras from Arlo.
