Great doorbell because of its free cloud storage. Instalation is pretty straight forward.

Six month review. Would absolutely purchase again and highly recommend. Total cost of ownership is primary driver for my initial purchase and it has delivered on that at 5 stars. My quibbles are twofold. The alerts to my phone are often delayed so I do not have the opportunity to actually respond to my visitor. This occurs when i am on the same wifi connection as the doorbell or 5g. The other is minor and based on research an issue with almost all video doorbells and that is false alerts. My experience is that there are certain fixed objects that in a certain light and with some wind will trigger multiple false alerts. For me it is sundown in the fall on a lamp or a specific tree in our front yard. Again, this is a great product that i would absolutely purchase again. Installation was simple and the product has just worked since then.

I was a Ring customer for several years and it was hard to pull away from that because it worked. I have been pleasantly impressed with the Eufy doorbell and I’m also saving $ and increasing my security with local storage of video. This doorbell in particular is great as it has the optional 100% recording setting which is nice for a doorbell.

One of the best if not the best doorbell with built in 2K video on the market. The company maintains it updated all the time. It has local storage, continuous recording, and its ALL free. No monthly or yearly charges. Just about all my friends have the Ring doorbell, and once they saw the quality of my video footage, they instantly regretted buying the Ring and paying its service fee.

1. I'm 73 and found this extremely easy to install - however because of the position of my existing doorbell I needed a different angle wedge that I would have had to purchase, however I used my 3D printer and created a 45° wedge. (they only supply a 15° wedge) 2. Setup was a little confusing -- since I had the app installed on both my wife's and my phone I realized I had to INVITE her - 2 separate app installations would not work. 3. Even though the unit is only 2 feet from the router there is a little hesitancy when talking to person at door. 4. Being tech savvy I worked through the minor problems but I understand that support is 24/7. 5. Video quality is great. I recommend this to others.

This is a special version Eufy made for Best Buy. It has continuous recording and a 32gb internal memory. I spoke to a Eufy rep and he stated that they can’t sell this same model until their agreement with Best Buy is up. So if you’re on the fence to which one you should get, this may help you decide. I got this one to replace my Nest Hello and so far it’s meeting my expectations.

Bought this to upgrade from Ring. Video is on point. The only negative thing that I will say is that the chime does not announce motion like the Ring chime does or I would have given 4 stars

This was very easy to install, just had to update my transformer to a higher one.

Easy to install, works great. So much better than the brand that requires an annual subscription. The picture is clear, we get 90% fewer false positives, and the connection is much faster than with our previous security doorbell. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Having local storage on this is great. This allows the device to offer zero monthly fees. There re a lot of models of doorbells that Eufy makes but this one has continuous recording which is a must to turn on. The device unfortunately misses some events. I had a package get dropped off and no notification happened.

This is a good product and I would give it 5 stars if it had one or two additional features.

Very nice video doorbell, easy to install, high quality video with 5 days continous video storage without subscription fee. Only con for now is the 7 sec motion detection notification.

This eufy doorbell is excellent! It Captures people walking up to my front door, and the video quality is good! Best of all there is no monthly or annual fees for storage! The unit price is very affordable, So far I haven’t had any issues, I’m happy with it and I recommend it

Eufy is a subsidiary of Anker, which you might know for their phone accessories. Eufy has been really stepping it up and pushing the bar for what budget home electronics can really be. This wired doorbell now offers continuous 24/7 recording and has even more onboard storage, going from 4gb to 32gb. The greatest benefit to getting Eufy is that they have free cloud storage for 14 days. I really liked this door bell's performance but did want to see two new features in the next edition. 1. Ability use the existing chime. I appreciate that this comes with a chime, but I put a lot of money into my chime and wall realestate and don't see a reason why I should have to replace it. But I guess this chime looks a little nicer than just the plastic shell. 2. HDR or ability to turn off WDR. I didnt have too many picture quality issues, but found that my subjects background was very blown out on a sunny day. This still doesnt negatively impact the 2k resolution and clarity. Just a minor nitpick so I can see the street a little better.

Easy install. Excellent video quality. Much better then the ring doorbell and the google doorbell. Price is better, image quality is better and the free 7-10day built in storage. Only doorbell I know with 24/7 free recording

So far, our doorbell has worked well. Installation was very easy, especially for someone who is not very handy! We like being able to see what is going on outside at all times of the day, and it is nice to receive a notification to our phones when someone comes to our door. We are fine-tuning the sensitivity on the camera, though. We have found that even with the sensitivity cranked all the way to the highest setting, it still has issues detecting people coming to our door. I will update the review as we have some more time to refine the settings.

very easy to assemble and to replace hard wired door bell. but a little tricky to get multiple phones to hook up to same registration and then using the APP. but a very clear view of who is outside and timely notifications of anyone being there.

Great bell. App is simple to use and camera quality is pretty nice. Has built in night vision for night works great. When mounting it, make sure the screws are completely flush otherwise it will not close properly and will pop out Other than that it works great

Been using the Eufy doorbell for about a year now. Pretty satisfied, but unhappy they never get to make it work well with Echo show. I would like to be able to talk to the guest on Echo show, but they never made it work so far. I can only watch. Storage on the device is good, but once stolen, it's lost forever, but i like that i don't have to sign up for a subscription.

Installation was very easy, just add a jumper to the existing bell, remove the old button, put the new "button" on and then link to our network. works great. video quality is excellent! Prefer the local storage.
