Does the job with great clearity. Alot less false notification compared to ring.

I would give it a 5 star picture quality and sound is the best can’t compare to any others eufy got the best. One thing they have to work on, 2 time I have to shutoff the power for it to reboot, didn’t want to restart through the app. That’s something that eufy has to work on, other than that. Perfect.

Geek squad install went well. The sensitivty settings take time to adjust. But overall, everything works well now.

Works with no subscription fee, easy to install and good quality camera

I purchased this DB to replace a previous unit that i bought that didn't quite pan out. The old unit was constantly dropping the mini storage card that i had installed and just was not user friendly. At this point i am satisfied with the new Eufy unit and will continue to fine tune its operation but i believe that it will work out just fine for me. The included free chime was a nice addition as is the built-in local storage with no monthly fees.

Love the fact there is no monthly fee. Camera quality is totally solid and so far it has preformed well in cold weather(below freezing). Don't love the ring tone options and make sure it can sit flush with any wall or siding you have or the camera could be pointed at a strange angel. Would buy it again.

Not a full 5 stars because the original unit wouldn't lock into place on the mounting plate. Googled around and learned that the plate has to be completely flat. Tried that, still didn't lock into place. Then contacted Eufy support and they were awesome. Super responsive and fast. They sent me a new unit. I swapped out the mounting plate (still with the original doorbell) and it locks in place correctly now. I also have some of their cameras. My main wish is that I could tweak the "security" settings more, so a doorbell ring was different from all of the cameras and the doorbell image detection. I would prefer to be notified whenever the doorbell rings regardless of whether or not I'm home, but have the cameras set to geofence mode, and have the doorbell image detection set to away mode for notifications. I also wish there was a dedicated android tv app so I could see a little PIP screen on the TV when the doorbell rings. All of the software wishlist items might come in future updates.

The doorbell itself is great. The ONE issue I have is that it does not allow 5GHZ WiFI networks. With everything going WiFi and automatins, the 2.4 bands get congested QUICKLY. This means when the actual doorbell is pressed the live view is completely unviewable. I have gigabit internet and it makes no difference because of all the electronics that are WiFi. I also have a WiFi 6 mesh network. Did an INSANE amount of testing with a network engineer and again... Came down to my 2.4 network being too congested. So again. This would be PERFECT if it allowed 5GHZ network access. The smart replays on this are amazing and the extra memory in the pro variant is great. If you have very little items at any given time on your network then this is great. If that's not the case then stay away until Eufy can comply with either a WiFi6 device and/or a device that works with 5GHz networks.

Easy to install, hi resolution, no batteries to keep charged and no subscription required. Outstanding so far.

I like the continuous recording option. License plates unclear from house with standard front yard. Easily integrated with App, easy to setup and use.

Super easy to install and works great. Love the local storage of videos so no subscription. Good quality videos and live feed is awesome and handy on the app. The answer the doorbell feature allowing you to speak to the person is very good quality having used it from the app and at the doorbell with my family. The pre-script answers are also nice. All around a great doorbell and security camera.

This is perfect. Took 30 minutes to get everything completed and working. The best part is no subscription to view video, from anywhere.. i am done with subscription model that i need to view videos. This little thing stores video on device itself and you can download it or view it anywhere.

This is a great doorcam. This is the only one I've ever had so I can't really compare it to anything else but I installed it to prexisting wiring for a regular doorbell and it worked fine. I don't notice any issues with it. Video quality isn't like you're watching a movie or anything but good enough.

Motion detection is pretty bad. Half of the time it was wrong, either missing or false alert. I tried different tuning. It does not help. At the end, I settle with very restricted activity zone and high sensitivity. Notification is hit and miss, often arrive many minutes late. Other than that I am happy with it so far. If money is not an issue, buy from a better brand. You get what you pay for.

This door bell is exceptional. It very clear and easy to work.
