    Has to go back to the store, never connected to wifi even mine is 2.4GHZ

      If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
      -Make sure the device is connected to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
      -Make sure wi-fi password doesn't have ANY SPACES
      -Please try to turn off the firewall setting on your router
      -Make sure port 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 in router have not been disabled
      -Try performing setup on a different mobile device
      -Perform a hard reset on your device by holding down the “SYNC” button for 8 seconds, waiting 30 seconds and
      repeating the setup process. Save important videos before resetting device.
      -Try to connect the camera via mobile data on the phone, you may need two phones. Enable the hotspot on A phone and connect B phone to the hotspot, then try to connect the camera to the hotspot

    Some initial concerns, but okay now

    For the first three days that I had this camera, I was absolutely thrilled with it and could not stop singing its praises. Image quality was terrific, the light was nice and bright, the night vision was AMAZINGLY sharp, and the app was easy to use. Installation was a little tricky, but I managed to get the camera setup after separating my network's 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz bands into two different names. After the third day, we received a light, misty rain. At that point, the camera spontaneously disconnected from WiFi and would not reconnect. I brought the camera in and let it dry out for two days. During this time, it managed to get itself back onto my network; and it installed a firmware update. Since then, I haven't had any issues. We've even had two days of fairly heavy storms, and the camera continues to function just fine. I'm still a little anxious about this camera and inclement weather. But for the most part, I'm quite pleased with it.

    Wireless cameras are the best. Quick and easy setup simply using wifi (make sure it can get access to wifi) and the ability to access this camera on a phone or other device make this a great product. The quality of the picture is very clear and the added floodlight is a nice addition. Highly recommended!

    I love the camera and it has a super clear image, however, the spot light is not as bright as i would like, once it looses charge you have to unscrew the camera so it make it dificult for charging. but over all it is a really good camera that produces a good image.

    This camera is amazing. It was easy to install and the features were easy to setup. I’m going to purchase more to install in other places around my house. It is a bit bulky but it’s tough and durable.

    11/4/2021 - DON'T BUY THIS GARBAGE. Horrible instructions and missing parts. The instructions are terrible and parts are missing that you need for the product. How does this not come with a power adapter and warn you that you need a 15/64 inch drill bit? I have a B.S in Pure Math and I don't even know what 15/64 is! It doesn't even tell you if this needs to be charged for 1 day or continuously charged. This also looks like another model that eufy has - I thought this was the model that comes with a magnetic base.

      The product does not have a charge adapter and a magnetic base. For installation, the size of the hole is the size of the screw. Use the screw to fix the base. It can be charged for 8~10 hours at a time and it can be used for 4 months.
