It's really great at showing me a full view of what's outside my door, floor included. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it only saves recordings when the motion sensor or doorbell is triggered. My other eufy cameras let me review past footage even if an "event" didn't happen. But other than that, I have no complaints. I use it on battery and it's battery life seems really good so far. I haven't had to recharge it yet. I mounted it with command velcro strips and it hasn't fallen.

Finally entered the 21st Century with a video doorbell! Since we often get packages delivered to our home, we need a way to detect a delivery. Installation and setup was straightforward and easy. Detection and video quality is good. The main reason I got the Eufy is that it doesn't require a monthly subscription to host the videos. Just buy, install and forget!

Very happy with this video doorbell! Battery life is excellent and thankfully it does not seem to give false alerts. You can set regions of interest to reduce the likelihood of false alerts and it's worked great so far. I plan on purchasing another one for my other exterior door. Definitely recommend!

The best and highest quality image with long-lasting battery. I’ve had it for about two months.

The product itself is great. Love being able to store activity internal to the device and not on the webn at no cost. Needed to find an alternative mounting method as mounting screw slots were right over underlying electrical conduit.

I like the fact that this doorbell camera doesn't require a subscription to view past events like some others. Granted, it is storing event video in the device itself, which is less secure than in the cloud in cases where the device is stolen, but we also have a porch security camera and live in a safe neighborhood, so that wasn't a big deal. It hooked up easily to our existing doorbell wiring and we were able to have our Alexa device act as a doorbell. One downside is that you can't hook a conventional electric doorbell chime to this for some reason, so you need to either buy their chime or hub, or use a smart home device like Google or Alexa to connect to it and announce doorbell ring events. I would have liked it if it came with a simple wireless chime that you could plug in by your front door to announce visitors, but the Alexa workaround is fine. The app was awful when I first bought it and would crash all the time. Within a few weeks they issued an update and now it works well, and allows me to view the doorbell live or look at past events. I would definitely recommend this doorbell, especially for those who don't like being stuck with yet another subscription service.

So I have installed this Door Bell at my moms, aunts, grandma, grandpa and my house. The Video quality is great but the battery performance leaves more to be desired. No subscription fees

Best doorbell security I’m in love with it sense I brought it I would recommend to my neighbors and friends & definitely my family I did bought 2 more for my family for Christmas and they are in love with the doorbell security and has a excellent Video quality for the main cam and package cam and very easy to install and Too set it up in the app

This is a very nice video doorbell with a dual camera so that one can see not just the person ringing the doorbell but also the floor of the stoop where a delivery service might leave a package without ringing the doorbell. The camera also picks up human beings walking up the driveway but fortunately not people on the sidewalk.

It may be a little pricey, but it’s definitely worth it. I love that I can use two screens and never have to worry about paying for a membership. If you’re looking for something that combines great quality with real value for your money, this is the one to get.

Honestly the camera is amazing, video quality is top notch, audio quality is great too. I love the Split View so you can see the floor by the front door for when packages are delivered. The built in AI also lets you know if a package has been picked up/ dropped off. Only one small complaint I have is the app sometimes takes a very long time to load video clips/ live view of the camera which makes seeing who is at your door in a timely manor something difficult. Over all amazing device!

I bought this for my front door. The camera works well and the dual camera gives a really good view of the whole front porch. It links to the app on your phone and you get notifications any time a person is detected, but I eneded up turning off the notifications because it was saying "package delivered" or "package picked up" every time a car drove by and "human detected" every time a person is walking their dog. I can't figure out if there is a way to control the settings so it just notifies me when there is movement on the porch and not the sidewalk and street that are also in view of the camera. Another thing to consider is that the battery does not stay charged as long in colder weather (it only lasted a month in the Michigan winter), so it is better to wired it to an existing doorbell wires if you have them (which I don't). Overall it was okay for the price but probably not the best on the market

This is a great product, highly recommend it. I would have have like to see more options for quick response or response for Halloween and Christmas like Ring. Overall, a great product.

This is a good doorbell Pros: Easy installation High quality video at night NO SUBSCRIPTION! (a big plus) No need to charge the battery if it is wired to your old doorbell Cons: 1. The screws that come with this unit for installing on the door frame are not good. Highly recommend to replace those with some good ones to have a smooth install. 2. Detection issue: Sometimes when you do not pick up your packages, you constantly get a notification that a package is delivered or picked up

I had recently moved to a new house and had a ring for the last 10 years at my old house. I decided to try the eufy because I had heard the video quality was better. The dual cameras with the package detection is amazing. With the ring most times I couldn’t see if someone at home picked up the package. Huge bonus I don’t have to pay a monthly fee as it saves videos to the chime with a sd card. Definitely worth it and would buy again

This is the best doorbell, battery life, 2 months no charge since i open the box, works perfect with my base camera eufy, record crystal clear no fail at all, best decision i make

I’ve had it for a year now and the product is great! Would definitely recommend to a friend. No subscription needed! The app is very user friendly and it stores the videos in the cloud. Doesn’t take long to charge and the battery last long. Only downfall is the Camera sometimes can’t withstand this heat wave were experiencing.

Camera is great and love two views. Pretty easy install/setup. Would like more ring tones. No subscription is awesome!

Finally, ditched Arlo after they started requiring a subscription. It makes no sense to pay for a product and then to continue having to pay for it for years once you've purchased it. Not only is it an upgrade in quality, it also requires no monthly subscription. I am currently transitioning slowly, and only have two cameras so far. I am impressed to say the least. This doorbell camera includes a camera at your feet to detect packages. I use it to make sure our cats don't get out. Great camera
