This doorbell cam has pretty good features, quick log in to the app access, records the events in the way you set it up to catch what you need to. Whether it’s for humans, animals, cars or other events. Quality of video is also good. Not excellent but definitely clear.

I’ve been using the Eufy E340 video doorbell for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The dual-camera setup is a game-changer—it provides a clear view of both visitors and packages on the ground, which adds a layer of security I didn’t know I was missing. The 2K resolution is crisp, even in low light, and the motion detection is accurate without being overly sensitive. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a smart, reliable, and high-quality video doorbell.

Follow the instructions based on how you have this camera installed. I thought I knew what I was doing. Yes, the camera worked with no issues from the initial installation. I had the attitude, I know how these are installed. After about a week, I had to go back to correct the installation due to how I had it setup with the app and the homebase3. Today, it works seamlessly without any issues. I love the package camera, the package protection mode, and the package picked up notification. At this moment, only because I haven't delved into research, why don't the top spotlight come on at night when someone walks up to the door? The bottom spotlight comes on immediately. I may research it this week. The clarity is superb. I did notice one small issue that I want to recreate the scenario again. There is a delay when speaking through the app when someone is at your doorbell. I was at work and noticed a 5-7 seconds delay in my response time. I could hear the visitor immediately, my response was delayed longer than expected. Other than that, this doorbell camera is spot on.

The screws that come with this unit for installing on the door frame are not good. Highly recommend to replace those with some good ones to have a smooth install. 2. Detection issue: Sometimes when you do not pick up your packages, you constantly get a notification that a package is delivered or picked up

Runs circles round a RING doorbell. Connects easier, good battery life. Double camera to see the doormat and the person. Lets you know when packages were delivered and when picked up.

Pretty good, a lot better than Ring. Bought this to replace a ring after they made you start buying the ring chimes and disabling your existing one, too greedy so bye Ring hello Eufy. My favorite feature is that it works with my existing chime so not required to buy additional equipment or disable my existing chime. I like the dual camera. Only complaint is that mine gets too hot during the summer months even though it stays below the recommended operating temperatures I still get warnings that its overheating and have to cover it up so its not usable sometimes in the summer afternoons. There should be warnings about this so people in hotter climates will know to watch out for this issue and look for something more weather resistant. Sometimes it is really slow pulling up the live view.

I bought this doorbell almost 2 years ago. Installation was easy. I was able to replace a doorbell from Vivint with this and use the same wiring to power it, so I can't comment on battery life. The dual camera system is pretty nice for keeping an eye on packages. I like how the app stitches the two streams together but it can be changed in the settings to be more like PIP. Motion detection has been pretty good. I did have to make some adjustments as I found it to be too sensitive with the default settings. I have spoken to people through the camera and was able to hear them just fine. I never did test how I sound through the camera but no one has said they couldn't hear me. After 2 years of getting beat up by the sun, the 2 bottom lights used for the package camera stopped working properly. One LED completely quit while the other one was flickering. The top LED was still working fine. Luckily, because I had the protection plan, I was able to exchange it. I got the same doorbell and reinstalled it in no time. I have mine paired to my Homebase 3 so I can use it as a chime. For the price, You get a lot of features. If you're already into the Eufy ecosystem, this is a no-brainer.

This camera is wired but also has a battery backup if power fails. It works well, but it generates alerts for areas beyond the designated parameter. This means that it alerts me when everyone is on the sidewalk, even though I drew the boundary around my property line. Still a good camera, and maybe they can fix this through software updates.

Replaced a Nest Hello that has lasted for 4 years or more, but due to a price increase in subscription of unreasonable percentages without an increase in service I decided to drop Google from receiving any more money from me. I was familiar to the Eufy cameras and they perform admirably for the price. The doorbell has been working well, and while I have had a couple of false notifications overall it has been quite accurate. It is not too close to the street (over 50 feet back) so no false triggering from cars and it has detected every time a human has approached the porch. Best of all, no subscription needed! I purchased the extended warranty replacement to alleviate any concerns regarding lifespan as well. Still less than I was shelling out previously and superior performance in my opinion!

The video quality is excellent — clear even at night! The motion detection is fast and accurate, and the two-way audio works perfectly when I’m not home. Installation was easy, and the app notifications are super reliable. I love being able to check who’s at my door anytime. Another great Eufy product!

This is an improvement over the previous, it's nice to see the entire doorstep for packages. You cannot use the old frame for installing, this one is taller and skinnier. Sadly, the screws are junk, the phillips strips out easily, so we used a thicker, larger head screw that would fit. It also came with a small wedge in case one needs to angle the unit. It synced with the HB2, we're still considering whether to switch to the HB3. Yet to be seen if the upper "keyhole" for detaching will be a good idea, it's easier, but I worry about damp drips. We'll see how it performs now that it's installed. It looks like there is an easy spare battery swap, hopefully BB will sell that part soon. Looks like this will work well with the wi-fi stand alone S340 dual camera for covering our front/garage/driveway.

It took me a while to realize that there were 2 Cameras available. One camera to look at the person and another camera for the packet that the delivery man would leave at the door. It has great quality video and information and I strongly recommend this for anybody interested in a no subscription camera.

Easy to assemble, picture quality is great, easy to see videos and download straight to phone

This is my first video doorbell and after doing some research, I chose this one because of a few features: 1. It doesn’t require a monthly subscription. Many of the other brands out there require a monthly fee to view your videos as they are stored in the cloud. This one stores it locally with its built in storage, so no monthly fee. If you want more storage, you can also purchase a home base which allows you to add expandable storage. So far, I haven’t needed that. 2. It has 2 cameras, one points forward so you can see anyone at your front door and beyond. Another points down where your packages usually are. 3. It works with my existing home chime. I don’t want a doorbell that I could only hear on my phone or on a chime plugged into my wall somewhere. This model which has a battery but is also hardwired works with all of those and my home chime when hardwired. Also, it syncs with Alexa so my Alexa will announce when someone is at the door. My only complaint is with the app. For some reason, I’m not able to change the time stamps on the video clips and they are not set to my time zone. So the times are off. But I don’t really care about that, so it’s a minor issue and since it’s an issue with the app, it could easily be fixed with an update. Hopefully that’ll happen soon. I recommend this doorbell!

The camera is easy to set up and the picture is clear to see. Especially like the lower package angle where you see where the delivery driver put your packages! Plus no subscription fee!

Installation was a breeze, camera does everything we want it to do. We can track package deliveries and events. Battery life is OK; we don't have a wired doorbell we're replacing, so I ordered a second battery.

eufy doorbell e340 has incredible 2k resolution and the package camera and motion detection is really slick to have for all your doorstep deliveries. Battery life is long and the battery is easy to remove, recharge and replace. I bought a second battery we keep charged and ready since we do not have any existing doorbell wiring to use.

The video quality is great as well as the sound. Very easy mobile app and no monthly fee wish it’s a plus, you pay one time when purchasing the device and everything comes with it. Great storage and very quickly to notify when someone it’s at the door. Love the product and definitely worth it.

The perfect item to use to keep an eye on what's going on when you're not home & the package watch camera is amazing & glad they brought it to life!!!
