Got this for the the wife to help save some chore time. Very easy to remove from box, setup station, connect to wi-fi and Eufy app. Must admit we did hit the power button and it cleaned all the rooms. Although, once connected to app the robot maps house, cleans, and can be started from phone app. House floors all stay much cleaner with a more daily routine of vacuum and mopping. Robot likes to go over everything 3x and has shown great results.

I already have eufy L60 vacuum but this vacuum is a time saver having the mop option gives me more free time.

the self cleaning part is SOOO loud, sounds like a mf rocketship taking off, so i did hate that. the cleaning around the house part was quiet. My cat also tried to play with the brushes a lot so didnt want her sticking her paws underthere. Took up a lot of space in my place but if u have a house this should be perfect for you! I just have a small place for myself and cat so didnt really like it for me

Very good navigation system. The robot can seamlessly navigate its way in and out of its station as well as around objects on its way. It can also lift itself onto rugs or thick carpets. Cleaning is also very effective, but it may not remove tough stains.

So far we’ve had the Eufy X10 for about three months and it has performed to our expectations. As a refurbished unit, the product was seemingly in a good shape (aside from some light cosmetic blemishes on the surface of the vacuum and the station, which is expected for used of course). We previously had an Eufy x8 hybrid so the x10 was a huge step up to what we were use to. Battery: Not sure if refurbished units get a new battery or not, but so far no major issues or concerns. Only time will tell! The x10 cleans about 900-1000 square feet in our mapping. We set it to clean every room and it does a full house about 3-4 times per week. At standard suction, the battery will currently last about 1.5 hours (about 75-80% of the called total mapped square feet) before it needs to go back home to get recharged and finish out the rest. Anything more than standard (i.e. turbo or max), and it will certainly take 3-4 hours and multiple recharge trips to complete its work. If you have similar square footage (or more) and need it to do turbo suction, temper your expectations or consider another robovac with a bigger battery. Quality of Cleaning: The x10 meets our level of expectations of cleaning, even at standard suction. Turbo or max will deliver but note that your job will take much longer and greater use of battery capacity (see above). We are a pet-free house, so will need to take that into account. I I am not convinced with the “deep cleaning” feature (the unit will do more lines and huge edges), as we still find dust and dirt in tighter crevices and corners. I’m sure more premium units would probably do a better job cleaning, but at a more premium price. We are a relatively busy household, so we appreciate its moderate job of cleaning versus having to do the job manually ourselves. We also place a lot of stock in having a super clean house at all times. Mopping: Mopping does a good job as well but its “edge hugging” feature (can be toggled off) does an okay job as well. I do love that it can be set to return to reclean the mops and refill the water at certain intervals. I also love that the station will dry the mops (up to 4 hours) once the task is complete. Overall, mopping performance is satisfactory, maybe even eclipses its own vacuuming performance. App: The Eufy app is not the most intuitive, but it isn’t difficult to use other. In my opinion, it could be a bit more user-friendly. Workflow of app just feels awkward at first. Once you get use to configuring the settings of the x10 in there, it is isn’t too bad. Lots of options, with many embedded within submenus is what makes the app initially confusing to use. Maybe the menu options could be better labeled? Overall: A great robovac worth the ticket price (even more so with refurbished, in our experience at least). If you don’t want to fork out over $600 and need a unit that will keep your house clean at satisfactory levels and are OK with a moderately performing battery, this is a great product. If you’re looking for a more supercharged, “do-it-all” robovac then I would probably step up in tiers.

Easy out of the box. It took about 20 mins to go around the house and map it. App is easy to use. Multiple cleaning options in the app. So far having fun with it. The app provides all notifications when it is time for any maintenance etc.

Picked up the refurbished X10 Pro Omni and it’s been a great buy. Came in excellent condition looked basically new. Setup was quick, and the app is easy to use. Once it’s running, it pretty much handles everything on its own. Suction is strong and does a solid job with dust, crumbs, and pet hair. The mopping is what really makes it stand out. The auto washing and drying is a game changer no dealing with dirty, smelly pads. Self-emptying is another big plus. I can go days without thinking about it, which is exactly what I wanted. Navigation is pretty good overall. It moves around furniture well and doesn’t get stuck often. I just set a schedule and forget about it. Overall, really convenient and worth it especially refurbished. Great way to get something high-end without paying full price.

I love this tool! I purchased a refurbished machine. The package was misshipped-but Anker got it to me and before Christmas. I think I have a small problem with the brush…..but my floors look wonderful!!!! I have a dog that sheds horribly! I have some laminate, some tile, and some carpets. This robot vacuum is wonderful. Do it! Buy it!

I love love love my Eufy! So helpful with cleaning. Easy to use

Took a while to get it working (water issues, battery errors) but now it’s vacuuming and mopping well. It does use a tremendous amount of water which means we’re going through the cleaning solution we bought separately quickly, but that’s probably a good thing.

We love Gerri ( Yes, we named our Robovac) ! It does a great job at keeping the floors clean. I have a 4 kids under 8 so we use our Eufy every other day. It pretty detailed cleaning and the mapping was fairly easy to set up. Obviously the more things you get off the floor, the better the mapping. However, it was able to pre-detect the rooms and furniture which made it easier to program with minor fine-tuning. I’m quite impressed with the carpet cleaning. I expected the suction on the carpet to be poor, but it was able to get all the crumbs up around our carpeted dining room. I’ve only encountered 2 clogging issues, but it lets you know exactly where the problem is and provides video instructions, making it pretty intuitive. We bought this refurbished- Excellent condition for half the price of a new, and zero regrets.

I bought this vacuum refurbished 20 days ago and as of yet i still do not have a working vaccum. It came missing a mop pad holder that i had to but i get reimbursed. After getting the new part i was able to run the vaccumm for the first time only to find it had a mop motor error and only one mop would spin. After contacting the seller again I had to send the mop back and now have to wait again until they determine when they want to send a new one. It was originally listed as refurbished excellent but, the unit i received was dirty and scratched up. Do yuorself a favor and just buy a new one.

easy install, excellent results from first cleaning!

This has been the very best purchase I have made in a while. It cleaned my whole house and even gets the corners and underneath hard spots extremely well.

When setting up the vacuum, I kept getting “battery error- contact eufy for service.” Vacuum would shut down/not able to charge each time it started up. For something rated as an excellent refurbished product, that was not how setting it up should have gone. I ended up buying replacement batteries to see if that was the culprit- I was not really thrilled about spending more $ on a product that was supposedly sold in excellent condition. Replaced the existing batteries with the new ones and the product magically worked as it should have. Either eufy didn’t keep the unit with fully charged batteries (and they ran down while sitting on the shelf) or Best Buy sold something rated incorrectly.

I have owned the ion, the shark and the rumba, and none of them can compare to this. I finally found a vacuum that actually works and can keep up with the dog hair and not get stuck under things.

Mop function didn’t work- great otherwise. Suction could be better. Side brush gets underneath rugs causing the vacuum to get stuck.
