Dont buy

It came missing a mop pad holder that i had to but i get reimbursed. After getting the new part i was able to run the vaccumm for the first time only to find it had a mop motor error and only one mop would spin. After contacting the seller again I had to send the mop back and now have to wait again until they determine when they want to send a new one. It was originally listed as refurbished excellent but, the unit i received was dirty and scratched up. Do yuorself a favor and just buy a new one.

"Refurbished Excellent" but dead on arrival
