This machine is horrible, do not waste your money...i bought it about a year ago and it is the worst vacuum I have ever owned. It worked fine in the beginning but now it doesn't pick up a thing. Rather it shoots dirt all over the place. It also smells like burning rubber, and its not the belt because we changed it. Its also heavy and doesn't glide easily....i feel like vacuuming is a battle with this product..please do not buy this vacuum

Initially I was please at the vacuuming power, however I quickly noticed several ergonomic issues. It is difficult to wind up the power cord and stow it away in the space allotted. The hose is conveniently wrapped around the back, however it cannot be unwound completely and is therefore too short to be used independently (this design feature really baffled me.) The unit glides awkwardly and heats up leaving a strong odor. After 3 weeks of use, it doesn't seem to have the same vacuuming capability and the filters appear to be plugged up already.

I hate this vacuum. While it does pick up dirt well from the floor, it is an absolute mess to empty the canister, and clean all of the filters. It constantly clogs, and creates more of a mess cleaning the darn thing than it would have been to just let the floors be.

It's terrible. It's the worst vacuum cleaner in the world. It clogs. It's a mess to clean. You can use it once and then it clogs. It stops working entirely. And their customer service stinks. Don't buy this vacuum.

I must admit I really liked the idea of having the dust wand right there while vacuuming, but that is about the only thing that has been good about this vacuum. Have had this for about a year now and to say it sucks would be a compliment. I live in an apartment with just your standard carpet, no pets the most the vacuum has to deal with is human hair and crumbs. After 3 months it started to get pretty bad. We made sure to buy a new HEPA filter just in case and have always kept up with cleaning the filters. Tried tearing the thing apart to see if it was clogged and it was clean as a whistle. Please don't waste your money on this. It will just end up being a pain in your neck.

DON'T DO IT save your money!. I buy because consumer report say was a good product. Yes the first day. This product works awesome for the first month. I have owned this machine for about 1.5 years and I would not recommend it. Replacement filters Eureka sell for $19.00 each takes 2 filters. And last less than 2 month. A year you pay $152 in filter alone. Then suddenly it starts shooting EVERYTHING back at your ankles yes New filters Again! Be aware the people say is good used the Vac. For less than a month. Ask the same question 6 month latter. And you see the different opinion. Just do your self a favor Don’t buy. This piece a junk

I just got done cleaning it and I realized how much trouble this thing is.....first of all I live in a house with four other people, it worked great for about a month and then that was it. cleaning the filters and stuff doesn't bother me, but it loses suction and it spits things back out.....so then I have to spend about 20 minutes trying to find a clog or cleaning the filters.....probably should have bought a dyson.

I loved this vaccum at first. I use it everyday. But when you clean it is a big mess. Then one by one the wheels kept falling off.

I have had this vacuum for about 4 months now and I have no problems with it. I just got a dog and he is quite hairy, so I have had to vacuum a couple times a week, and the vacuum does wonders on the floors and furniture. The only thing is that when I use the hose with the attachment on the side, it gets a little loud. That is the only complaint that i have though.

Easty to follow directions to put together, but I couldn't fit the screws in all the way. It glides with ease across my carpet. Powerful suction. The attachments are sooooo useful and work well with the hose. I just wish the hose was longer somehow, and that the static electricity wasn't so strong. The dust, dirt, hair sticks to the outside of the vacuum, including on the underside, and I could see the "dust path" traveling from my floor to the carpet. I had to vacuum the vacuum to clean it off. There is a ton of filter maintenance that I'm not looking forward to doing, whether it be once a week, once a month or every six months, but it does a good job.

This vacuum will not pick up on bare floors. Maybe it will work on carpets but I wasted my money.

Love this vacuum! Switched to this about 3 months ago and you would think I replaced my carpet. Was super easy to put together and all the features make it a great value.

I have to admit this was a really good buy for the price. Granted I just bought it, but its performance was amazing. As another review states, I never knew how dirty my carpet and rug was until I used this product. It has a really good filter and my dust allergies have really calmed down. I have high hopes that it will continue to perform the way it does now!

I love it! is worth the money, I have a two year old and this gets everything he puts on my carpet even whole cereal chunks.
