I was glad that the Best Buy representative was able to order a Blu-ray copy for me when they only had the DVD version. Customer service at the Bucktown Best Buy on Elston is great.

I love this franchise and I own them all. The movie is very entertaining, however, I only gave 4 of 5 because when paying approx. $25 I think you should also get a digital download.

I remember downloading the original series off of Limewire, this is the original series but better and condensed , but you knew that cause your watched the first 2 right? Right?!?

Neon Genesis Evangelion is my favorite anime, up there with Cowboy Bebop and Ghost in the Shell. I was stoked to learn of this reboot and it does not disappoint.

The 3rd film is a little short but came thru nicely regarding the story. I just wished Shinji was a little tougher than the wimpy naive person he portrayed in the first film.

Evangelion 3.33 is a film that takes the Evangelion story in a bold and new direction and I'm interested to see how it'll end

These theatrical releases of one of the best anime/manga series are superb. Great eng/japnese VA. Action sequences are riveting. Can't wait for the final installment to come out soon

I’m a big Evangelion fan, and although these movies take a large departure from the show, it is still quite enjoyable

Been following the Rebuild of Evangelion series, since 1.0: You Are (Not) Alone. The music, scenes, and fights, are on par with that of 2.0: You Can (Not) Advance.

A completely different story than the original series. Explore a different outcome for Shinji and rest of the characters in the action pack emotional story.

This was on my bucket list for a while - a classic anime. I was in Japan when this was released and it was a big deal with a monster ad campaign. Lives up to the hype.

For anyone who's a anime fan this gotta be part of the collection. If you are a fan of anime don't skip this one and go back and buy the other 2 movies. You won't regret it!

Excellent presentation and quality in 1080p hd. interesting story never before seen in anything in Evangelion before. Would def recommend for fans of Evangelion

The movie is great. This special edition comes with really cool packaging and a sweet illustration book with all of the details for each character.

It seems like anime movies are overpriced in the marketplace due to high demand. But Best Buy keeps them at a reasonable price without the markup. Beautiful dvd.

I have not seen this movie yet, but I really enjoyed the first 2. I'm really hoping this lives up to the hype I have not heard anyone complain about it yet.

It took Funimation forever to release this film. It was definitely worth it and leads up to an amazing finale which i hope gets released sooner than this one did.

I was eagerly awaiting its release! It was amazing! A fine addition to any anime fan and collector's collection. A true classic that everyone should experience!

This is a great 3rd part to a long running story that is worth every penny and every minute. If you're a fan of anime and the Evangelion series, don't miss out!

Stunning animation and amazing fight scenes make this film worth owning on Blu-ray just for the HD display. Highly recommended for fans of the anime.
