Purchased as a deal of the day. Easily assembled. We love the look of the grill. Haven't had the opportunity to use it yet so will have to update the review but ordering was easy, price was good, shipping excellent, assembly easy, looks great. We were most impressed by price and the warranty.

A small grill that makes an impression...

Putting the grill together was very easy and somewhat straight forward. I would have preferred for the instructions to have a little bigger text. Even though it is small, please be careful to not use the charcoil option with the grill indoors. The weight for the size was quite heavy. It comes with several utinsels and options to meet your cooking preference. I did hope the pullout power cord was a little longer just so it was easy to connect on the back porch but with the right placement or extension cord, this is not of major concern. I liked the fact that one can use it indoors with the plug option. This grill makes an impression. It looks as neat and future thinking as I have ever seen. If you want a full grill experience and you don't mind the cost then it is a great grill. One last note, be careful when you put it together, there are some sharp edges.

This is a great grill especially if you are looking for something that is more space saving but still effective. This grill isn't great for large parties but perfect as an average grill for family meals. It comes in two packages including the pedestal and grill. To my surprise, this item is very easy to assemble. The box is heavy but once you have all of the components out, it easily assembles with minimal effort. This is a great item because you can grill and roast with the same product. The roasting attachments quickly store in the side of the grill. This is a charcoal grill and also plugs into your wall outlet. I've found that the flavor is great after grilling both steaks and burgers. The grill slats are very easy to clean as it folds in half. I love this grill because even though I have a small patio, it takes up very minimal space.

Amazing charcoal grill! Definitely on the expensive side, but got it for deal of the day. The quick start for the charcoal works great. Within 10 minutes you are ready to grill. Looks great on our deck too!

    A Luxurious Charcoal Grill

I see the Everdure Fusion Charcoal Grill as portable luxury. This grill has kindled my fire to grill and I can not wait until my next opportunity. The grill itself. Is two distinct pieces, which I did not notice at first glance. The pedestal comes in a separate box and is quick to assemble. The pedestal has foot spots for easy placement of the grill unit, which is easily moveable. With that in mind, the grill may be able to be placed and used without the pedestal, adding versatility to the unit. The presentation of the grill is sleek with finished touches adding extra “pop” to the overall look. There are two retractable rods to allow for the rotisserie spit to be placed. These rods are simple push and turn to use, quick for engagement. There is an area within the grill itself for the rotisserie rod and forks (which the forks are a little finicky in my opinion, to get them to lock on the rod, but they will). There are two buttons on the grill unit, one for the rotisserie (spin) and the other to ignite the charcoals. To power the grill unit is a 3-prong grounded cord which is probably my least favorite part of this grill. The reason for this, is the cord is retractable but only 1.5m in length. This makes a situation where the grill is close to an outdoor outlet or requires an extension cord. This is an easy fix; however, for a retractable cable I would hope for a little more length to maybe avoid this situation. The push button ignition for the charcoal is SIMPLE! There is a plate to place the charcoal, which once stacked requires a push of the button and wait. I tried this grill at 50-degree Fahrenheit outside. The ignition stays on for 7mins with a prediction of 10mins until the grill is ready for cooking. I got a little impatient and used two ignition cycles, and at 50 degree my likely over-the-recommended amount of charcoal had developed a lovely white ash along the charcoal and was ready for use within 10-15mins max. After spreading out the charcoal, and placing the foldable grill grates on top, was ready for action! My meat cooked efficiently and had FANTASTIC flavor using the Everdure Charcoal. The overall product of this grill was spectacular as expected with a charcoal grill, while making the process efficient and seem “fancy”. Like I mentioned, this adds luxury to a process that is otherwise time consuming but worth it. The clean up of the grill was a little tedious but expected with a charcoal grill. I am going to invest in a small container to place charcoals in while they finish their burn, so that I will be able to put away the grill quicker. One surprise was that the grill itself on the outside does not retain much heat and was able to be handled quickly after use (unadvisable, but I did not want to leave the grill out front of my house for too long). This charcoal chamber can be removed simply with the grid still in place to allow for the charcoals to finish their burn. As far as storage there is a lid to place over the grill and the cover that is designed for the FUSION grill fits snuggly onto the grill and pedestal reaching almost to the ground. A very well-made piece to assist in maintaining the piece when not in use. My only further advice is to just familiarize yourself with the quick start guide and safety instructions. As this is an electric appliance that burns a charcoal fire, it is important to understand safety and usage prior to engaging in the fabulous luxury grilling. There is also a “heat guidance tip” in the quick start guide that advises placing one hand 15cm above the cooking grid to determine the temperature and use at that temperature. Just take that with a grain of salt, and may attention to the note stating to remove any flammable material from hand and arm prior to that venture!

    Modern, sleek charcoal grill!

First off, I want to warn you that the directions to assemble this grill are terrible. I literally thought I was missing so many pieces - but they were just already assembled. My advice is to go to the last page and work from there. It was very easy to assemble once I realized I did have all the pieces. Second, this grill doesn’t look like a regular grill. It is very modern, compact and sleek. It has storage space in the grill for the rotisserie stake and spinners as well as the cord is retractable and fits inside the grill. The lid hangs off the back of the grill while in use and sits down around the grill when not in use. The cover fits snugly and it doesn’t take up much room. The grill has a push button start to light the charcoal. The grill says that you should be able to cook within 15 minutes - but I’ve found that you do need to add lighter fuel to expedite this process to get to this kind of timing. The charcoal lights from the electric start within the 7 minutes as described- but it takes a bit longer to spread to the other charcoal. I have not done a lot of charcoal grilling in the past - but I absolutely loved foods I have cooked on the grill. It is a totally different taste than a gas grill. An accessory I would recommend having for your first grilling is an ash bucket and shovel to get the ashes out once you are done grilling. If you want a sleek, modern, charcoal grill - this beautiful grill is for you!

    A Techy Charcoal Grill

Today more than ever you see lots of gas grills. The main reason for that is because of the ease of use. You can start a gas grill, let it heat up and be ready to cook in about 10 minutes. I have owned a charcoal grill for nearly a year now and I cook on it almost every day. The issue is that it takes me about 40 minutes to get it ready to cook. That’s mostly because of the amount of time it takes to get a good fire going. The Everdure grills best problem solving feature is the elimination of baby sitting the fire starting process. Like a gas grill, you simply press a button, and it gets going by using a heating element underneath the charcoal bed. This allows you to get back into the kitchen and continue prepping while you give the grill 10 to 15 minutes to get going. So obviously the quick light feature is a huge pro and should be thought of as its claim to fame. However, there are a couple other features that make this grill a real pleasure to own and use. It has a built in rotisserie system that sits flush with the grill until you want to use it. To use the rotisserie, you’re going to need to connect the grill to a power outlet. The grill has a power cable built in, but Everdure has made the cable retractable. Again, like the quick start feature, like the flush rotisserie, the list of great little features just keep stacking up that make the grilling experience enjoyable. The stand which the grill sits on is not hard mounted. Meaning you can just pick up the grill and take it somewhere without the need of disassembly, another great idea. I only have one con for this grill, so I won’t bother to make an entire cons section. The rotisserie doesn’t sit very high up. It would be nice to have some extra clearance just incase you wanted to throw something bigger on there. Not a deal breaker for one simple reason, this grill was never designed for large cookouts. You can’t fault a product for something it was never designed to do. If you want to cook a massive lamb leg or something, just pick up the 54 inch version instead, that thing is a beast. However, if you’re mainly cooking for 2-3 people most of the time, this grill will make you very happy.

Everdure Fusion is awesome!!! Nice design, has strong rotisserie rods it holds 2 full chickens so far that’s what I’ve use for for, that you can hide blend right in with the bbq, retractable cord nice do dangling cord to trip over & the charcoal gas ignite is awesome at the push of a button! No need to stand around & wait for the coals to burn down, the whole grill can be removed from the pedestal to be used as a table, the grill part itself is not huge but a good decent size wish it was bigger. Has a nice eye appealing sleek design. Now the cons there is no side tables to place anything, no where to put or hang utensils while cooking which I would have expected for the price to have storage.

This grill is super sleek and modern! It's basically a little cook top that sits on a table, but it's cute. It comes with cooking pans and roasting attachments, but I have not used them unfortunately due to the rare Texas snow. I have grilled on it and I'm so happy with it! I highly recommend this little guy! It gets hot quickly and cooks amazing.

This grill is outstanding from opening to grilling. Putting it together out of the box took next to no time at all. I had the entire grill together in about 10 minutes with only my handy screwdriver (used a few different bits). The biggest selling point of this grill is the rotisserie and the charcoal lighting. Lighting the charcoal is as easy as pushing a button. About 10 minutes later you are ready to cook. The rotisserie is excellent and gives a great consistent turn. Having 3 heights gives you all the control you need for the cooking speed and size of meat you have. My only negative for the grill, I wish the grilling surface was a little larger. It would be nice to cook a chicken on the rotisserie and still cook a few burgers or dogs on the side. If you are looking to take your grilling to the next level, this is the next level.

    High Quality Grilling

What a unique piece of grilling equipment. It's compact, quick lighting and hides a super cool rotisserie to grill some amazing whole chicken or large meat. The Fusion comes with a very high quality grill and removable stand. Both are easy to put together with very little assembly. The real interesting piece of this grill is the quick light syatem. It's essentially an oven coil that will light your charcoal without messing with lighter fluid or a lighter. It works really well and makes grilling with charcoal a breeze. This is definitely a high heat type grilling machine. There is no real cover so you can't really grill low and slow. It does a great job searing steaks or grilling chicken. The rotisserie is another amazing piece of this grill. It all hides away inside the grill. When you're ready to use it you just pop it out and put it in place. It has three adjustable heights that let you cook exactly how you'd like. This grill is great for back porch grilling or given that it can be detached from the base, I think it would make a great tail gate grill too. Overall this is a high quality grill that will be great if you like high heat grilling.

I had to wait for a good day and favorable weather conditions here in Florida but that was this past weekend. This grill is next level amazing. I put on some hot dogs for the children, and I put on a couple of filet mignon steaks for me and the girlfriend. The steaks came out perfectly cooked well balanced. I can't wait to get a pork shoulder and use the rotator unit and put it on a slow burn It's going to be awesome. I've had grills before but there are some about this one and the way it burns. Be sure to get the special charcoal to go with it. I hope Best Buy can display this in store and the Pacific sales section and appliances because it is worth every penny to show how awesome it is.
