We were able to get a $500 discount so although the product is a little expensive, we got a good deal and the result has been great so far. If you know how to cook with charcoal and handle fire level without regulating the height, this product will be great for you The electric lighting system is great The rotisserie system works perfectly and the design is great Nice piece to hace

The HUB (not HUB II) is an excellent design concept, & if it was robust, i.e. didn't break in multiple ways on first use, & then break again the same multiple ways after only a few more months of use, I would say it's awesome. However, it has too many failures (although still usable), and the MSRP is way too high for a great designed piece of junk. If I paid full price, I would be even more disappointed, but fortunately I bought at half the price. On top of the unit not being robust, their service technicians & some staff aren't all that good/professional/qualified. When the unit was being repaired, I had to help the technician figure out & attempt the repair, but then they didn't properly/completely finish the repair & I had to complete the repair after getting instructions from others at Everdure. The HUB II may be better, but it's even more money & based on the HUB experience, I would never recommend that someone purchase an Everdure. I can only offer one positive comment, the rotisserie is the reason I purchased the HUB, and it is pretty fantastic, and everything I have cooked on it has been excellent. If I never had any issues with breakage or service, I would say it is the best grill (primarily for the rotisserie) one could ever buy.

this is the best grill my husband has used. i cant wait to use it all summer. Its amazing if you entertain often. cooks great and heats up so quickly.
