I wanted to get a better power supply so that I could upgrade later in the future. This 700W power supply does the job. Even with the annoying extra cables needed for a budget system, It does the job successfully. Very quiet, it was easy to install, and manuals with clear instructions were top notch in many occasions! I would buy again!

With the current pandemic, this was one of the most affordable PSUs from a quality supplier that was in stock, so I got it. No complaints so far as it does what it's supposed to do with little issues. It's non-modular, so there will be a lot of cables to wrangle with going in, but I've found that it was a lot easier to work with than expected - I just twist-tied the cables I didn't want and shoved them under my PSU shroud, and they were gone. I would not pay the premium for a semi-modular or modular PSU after the experience working with these cables, as they're really not *that* bad if you know what you're buying going into it. The black covering is also much appreciated over the old "ketchup and mustard" variety of cables from ye olden days; I was thinking of picking up some cable extensions but after finishing my build, the cables honestly don't even look that bad - mostly just out of the way and hidden because my mobo and case back are black anyway. EVGA is a good brand, 80+ Bronze is the best price-to-power-saving ratio out of all the standards... would definitely recommend for any build if you don't mind having to deal with a bunch of cables.

It’s a good and reliable power supply. Easy to hook up. Note it’s not modular as the cables can’t be unplugged. The back of my PC looks a little messy cause of the extra cables.

Great product. Enough to power my i5 12600KF, and 2070 super no problem with enough to eventually upgrade to a 3060 or better. I only wish it was modular for better cable management, but still great.

This PSU is good, I have a RTX 2060 SUPER and an AMD RYZEN 5 3600 and it powers both just fine. Only problem is that it’s non modular so the cable management is gonna be tough. Other than that it works.

I suffered a complete OS SSD failure late one night, and while troubleshooting the computer also stopped attempting to boot. I suspected the power supply, as it was a more generic brand and lower power. I probably worked it too hard on my media server. When I picked up the new SSD I also grabbed this power supply, as its higher power was good for my media server with numerous hard drives. After swapping the SSD and power supply the PC immediately booted, and I completed a clean OS install. This power supply doesn't have to work as hard with my hard drives and other devices. Nice and quiet as well.

I purchased this because I needed a replacement power supply my last build had one that was was 750W, but I only needed at least 450W for my latest system after I finished upgrading everything. The only thing I would have liked would be longer cables for easier cable management, I'll have to end up getting extensions to make it cleaner for the build. If your case has the power supply at the bottom and motherboard up above like mine it will be harder for cable management, if not then it may not be an issue. Other than that which is more cosmetic, there are no issues with this power supply it runs and powers everything great.

Great Power Supply If You Want Peace of Mind

Great power supply given the price and the reputation of EVGA as a top power supply producer. It is packaged well with paddings to protect the unit itself giving you the piece of mind that it can’t be damaged inside the packaging. As far as performance, it can power a RTX 3080 and a Ryzen 7 combo given you won’t be overclocking your system. It is also pretty quite and the fan only spins when gaming allowing your system to be as silent as possible. Another aspect that I live about this power supply is its wiring. The cables are black and seems well braided. Highly recommendable power supply.

The cheap junk that came with my cyber power prebuilt pc blew up and I had to replace it quickly as I love to play on my pc. Luckily this evga 700 watt bronze was on sale for a very good price. Plus I had a rewards certificate to blow. So I installed this and it’s been working great for a while now. Plus this power supply has all black cables. Unlike the cheap ketchup and mustard cables that cyber power puts in these pcs. I’m very happy. This isn’t gold rated or platinum. But you don’t really need that. This is plenty safe.

Still banging away. Great value. Only negative is the cables are non modular, but they can be tucked away neatly in my case making them not visible.

It has served me for 2+ years now without any problems, even during some electrical issues in our house. It doesn't have a 0 RPM fan mode but is pretty quiet anyways so that's okay.

So far so good. Works as expected. Is NOT modular, so be aware.....but knew that when purchased. Easy mounting, PLENTY of options for connections. Had everything I needed to replace in my Dell XPS 8900. Quiet operation. Happy with purchase and would easily recommend. A name brand with a good reputation is a MUST in my opinion when replacing previous power supply or using for a new build. This one checks both those boxes.

Awesome PSU. Quiet, works well, and cheap enough. Honestly wouldn't be a bad idea to get a higher wattage however, given that parts take more now.
