Customers frequently mention the GeForce GTX 960 2GB graphics card's excellent performance and good price. Positive feedback also highlights its quiet operation, ease of installation, and effective cooling system. However, some users noted the card's relatively large size and occasional compatibility issues with certain motherboards. A few customers also expressed a desire for a higher memory capacity.

Was thinking of upgrading my PC for a while now and didn't wanna break the bank...needless to say i did a little research prior and for the price I couldn't beat it(now you can go with the GTX 1060 for a little more) but this 960 will run anything I throw at it on high or even ultra settings depending on the game! Skyrim at ultra! OVERWATCH at 70FPS World of warships at 60fps gta V at high settings

Customer service was instrumental in helping me decide which system best fit my needs with the best price possible. Would not have a great system without him help.

Nice card. It was a good price point and it works great! I play both games and heavily use virtual machines. It has handled both very nicely so far.

Bought this graphic card since I wasn't able to receive the 960 since it was back ordered. However, the customer service rep did an amazing job at providing excellent customer service! Went from a gtx 730 to a 1050 ti so I am loving the improvement in graphics and Frames Per Second. Although it is a 300 w card it is running on a 250 w power supply.

For a few more bucks...get this over the 950. It is worth it. Smooth video while gaming on-line or just streaming a video. Fans run quiet.

The GTX 960 is a great compromise between performance and price. Probably the best "bang for your buck" graphic card in the $200 range.

This Graphics card is one of the best graphics cards that i have owned in a while. It outperforms the rest of them, and blows them out of the water. Little to my knowledge, that right after i bought this Video Card, they came out with the 1080. Im not mad, but its something to work towards...Just now wanting to spend 600 bucks on a video card.

When I went to Best Buy to buy a video card, I was planning to buy a 4Gb card, but the store only had 1 brand of card with 4Gb on it, and it wasn't the EVGA. They were also out of stock online! So I settled for the 2Gb model. If it wasn't EVGA or MSI, I simply would have gone without!! I live more than 60 miles from the nearest Best Buy, so it was either the 2Gb or nothing! It installed very easily and I configured my new 29" Curved monitor to split the screen into 2 halves! That went well also! Surprise, surprise!! I also changed the power supply while I had it apart to a 600W because these video cards do draw lots of power, and since the mfgr doesn't put in anything too large, I decided to change it before I destroyed the original one by overworking it! I am very happy with its performance so far, but I haven't as yet put it through its paces by playing any of the new video games. Everyone says that it will work just fine, but I cannot attest to that just yet. I have used EVGA cards for years without any problems at all, so I wanted to stay with that brand. I did find out that the "FTW" model is the best of that series, but I was actually ignorant about that fact until AFTER I had bought it. So Best Buy must only stock the most popular models, and it was highly recommended by the salesperson. Now that the new 1080 has hit the stores, watch for price drops on these older models. I just can't see spending $500 for a video card... this one was on sale for $189. A good value for the money!

I upgraded from a Radeon HD 6870 and I've seen some good results with the change. I was looking for a card to bridge the gap while I wait another year or two to get a new PC built.
This card was super easy to install and I can run most games at High or Ultra settings with a smooth framerate. It's absolutely not the best on the market as the recent 1070 and 1080 cards blow the 960 away. However, if you're in my position and you need a boost for your current hardware, this will certainly get the job done.

The fan on my old nvidia card geforce 250(yea really old) died. The price was right on this GTX 960 for me (under 200). I really hardly game on this computer but my Dell Vostro 430 had no built in motherboard graphics from what I can tell.. There's no vga port on the back.
With all that said, installation was not hard but this is a BIG card. It just barely fit my midsize tower case. I had to basically pull the hard drives and then insert the card and then put the hard drives back in. It did snap right into the card slot with little effort. Be aware I did also upgrade my old 350 watt power supply to a 450 watt power supply just to be sure I had enough power for this card..
What can I say.. The card worked without any issue, I installed the new card software driver off the provided DVD and then updated the drivers off the internet.
The card is VERY quiet but then I don't game much so I'm not pushing it to what its probably capable of..
I remember the old days when you used to get a free game or two (usually a first persons shooter) when buying these cards but all there was was the card and the dvd. A little disappointed by that.
1 star for quiet operation
1 star for ease of hardware installation and software driver installation
1 star for price (under 200 i caught it on sale + some rewards)
1 star for literally no issues with this card.
So.. 4 stars
