i was concerned about this being a gtx 960 when theres a 980 on the shelf beside it, since i dont know squat about them i took a chance and bought it, not to mention it was $300 cheaper than the best one.. its everything i needed and more, simple set up and spitting out 76 fps, without overclocking

I bought this to place in an HP Z400 Workstation that contains a 475W power supply. Unfortunately, the Z400 power supplies are custom and not so easy to find better wattage replacements for. I was originally going to place my old GTX 770 in the system until I found out that it had much hungrier power requirements. This card, however, fit the bill just fine. The performance was just slightly under the 770 in some cases or slightly over in others. Every game that I play appears to run just as well on the system with this card as my Z800 did with the GTX 770. I am giving it five stars because of the low power requirements and good performance.

I was in drastic need of a new video card for Fallout 4, but didn't want to break the bank on cost. This card works beyond my expectations for the price point! Fallout 4 automatically set to Ultra on its on after installing.

I went from an invidia gt 7 something which worked good for a lot of my games, however I feared it would not do so well with some of the newer games that have come out that I am highly anticipating playing (the witcher 3, farcry 4, gta, batman...) This graphics card put me in the game!

Order this online - arrived in store within minutes. Was a little difficult to install since the video car is double wide - had to make some adjustments to rear of the computer, however it was definitely worth it as now I can game and edit video/software at lightning speeds.

Ok, so I admit, it was going to be easy to score a big win with this card. I had onboard video in my CPU (AMD Radeon HD 7660D), which struggled to output any decent frame rate with even simple games. I replaced it with this GTX 960 and the results are amazing. My average frame rate went from 4.5 (yes, single digits), to 45.9 for the same stress test (Star Swarm stress test from Steam). I didn't change any other components of my PC besides the graphics card and my frame rate increased by a factor of 10. Well worth the money in my opinion. This is a large graphics card though, so make sure you have room in your case.

I've become very fond of the NVidia line of video processors. The drivers are very stable and the update process is straight forward. I dropped this card into my old Dell XPS 8700 (after completely cleaning out the old ATI drivers) and never looked back. Excellent colors and smooth graphics. Not 5 stars only because I hope if I had bought the $900 card it would have been even better!

We needed a video card that could feed 4 monitors and handle multiple video input sources that were all combined together into a single feed for a live weekly webcast. Our old video card averaged rendering at 20-30 milliseconds per frame. This caused our streamed video to be choppy and have quite a lag. This card averages 2-5 milliseconds per frame! It is awesome! No video lag at all even after adding green screen effects and we have added monitors for it to drive. The fans are very quiet so our studio mics do not pick them up at all. All in all this ia an awesome card!

Installation was straight forward. The cards performs as advertised.

This product was purchased because my husband is a lot of World of Warcraft gaming. He needed this is an upgrade to the hard drive that you bought and it made for the great addition

install was easy and the set up was quick and painless with no issues. now have three monitors with plans for a fourth after Christmas.

The gtx 960 was purchased to play fallout 4 smoothing without major lag. This video card did just that and I was impressed by how much it improved my gameplay experience.

Bought 2 of these for SLI - absolutely awesome! Huge improvement over my older cards - well worth the price - easy to install and update.

the other 2 I had worked great as well,but this 960 blows the other 2 away......it was on sale for 214.00 bucks right before Christmas...very happy with it ...

I am very happy with this GPU. play world of warships on High and looks great, and works well with my 450 watt power supply, thanks For a great Card

its been handling a majority of my pc games on high end settings. Originally purchased this to run the highly demanding game ark and the card has been handling the game on high settings very well

I did lot's of research before buying this card and for the amount I spent, I'm happy but If I could have done it over again, I would spring for the 970 just because the prices are so close.

Using this card in a video editing rig. Works well rendering in Adobe Premier Pro as well as After Effects. Biggest and fastest card I could install with the power supply in my computer.

Great addition to my PC. I needed to upgrade to play Battlefield Hardline. But I find myself playing some older game as the graphics look so much better. I never knew what I was missing.

First of all the card is very long, if you have a compact desktop, then this isn't for you. First you must update your bio's to get it to work with windows 8. Then sit back and game....
