I bought this to replace a GTX 960 I bought 2 years ago (mainly because I wanted more VRAM). Given the price and benchmarks I've found online, this performs much better than my previous card, which I should note was only one generation behind. And with no extra power requirements you could put this in a pre-built PC with no problem. I recommend this for anyone who wants to play modern games with a Quad core processor from the last 10 years.

If you are on a tight budget and need a good graphics card with decent output this card is for you! I did like the fact you don't need to hook this one to your power supply and that it gets all it's power from the pcie slot on your motherboard. I needed more power and I ended up upgrading not too long after getting this card but I DID keep it as a backup in case I had a failure on my daily card. Overall this is a good and affordable little card!

This card replaced the stock card that came with my Dell XPS 8910 and it delivers great performance for the price, with the added bonus of not requiring additional power from the PSU. Most games like Overwatch run at over 60fps on high settings, though the card may struggle with more graphically intense games like Battlefield 1. Overall, I'd recommend this to anyone who needs a gaming card but has less than $200 to spend.

In my opinion, the 1050 TI is the best value for what you get in a video card. Great performance on many games. Consistently getting 60fps or better on all my games. It is the perfect balance of price and power! Highly recommend.

I bought this as a gift for my 18 year old brother. He had just bought a new pc and kept complaining on the horrible graphics it came with. I'll just sum it up to this... every time I go visit him, he thanks me every time. He says it makes the pc reach its full potential. His words, "it's the best they can offer".

A beast of a budget card!

I have always been a console gamer, but I did dabble in some games on the PC (CSGO, SC2, Heroes of the Storm, Paladins, GTAV --for mods--, and couple other games). It was time to upgrade my GTX 570Ti, but I did not want to drop a lot of cash on a new card since, again, I don't game on the PC often and what I DO play isn't very graphic intensive (except for GTA V). This fit the bill and with my BestBuy rewards I got this card for $110. Blown away and the performance upgrade it gave me over the 570ti (naturally). All in 1080p 144hz monitor highest settings: CSGO - 150 fps + League of Legends - 150 fps + Dota 2 - 150 fps + GTA V - 60 fps + Paladins - 140 fps + Heroes of the Storm - 80 fps + Star Wars Battlefront (Medium) - 100 fps + Battlefield 4 (High) - 90 fps + Crysis 3 (High) - 45 fps + (goes up to 60+ fps on Medium) SimCity - 60 fps + FIFA 17 - 140 fps + And that's about all I can remember that I tested. Of course, lowering the settings to medium on some games increased the FPS by 15, minimum and still looked great. So if you don't care for 4K or 1440p and prefer 1080p at 144hz like me, this is a solid budget card! Stays cool, too. 60-65c under load. I will upgrade to a 6GB 1060, though, for Destiny 2 just to get the extra "umph" without breaking the bank because I love my Destiny. :) Current Rig: AMD FX-8350 4.0 Ghz (Stock) Antec Liquid Cooler Corsair Ballistix 20GB 1600Mhz RAM EVGA GTX 1050Ti 4GB ASUS Sabertooth 990FX MB CORSAIR AX850 PSU 120GB SSD/500GB HDD Thermaltake GT10 Snow Edition Case

The card was easy to install and bring into operation. But I had difficulties with computer freezing, discovered that I had old graphics drivers left over from 2 previous cards. The solution was simple enough, instal 'GeForce Experience' and let it clean up the left overs. No problem since.

I have it running since more than 60 days and there is just a very nice performance, the software that it comes with makes it a great piece of hardware since the manufacturer let you choose so many different settings to customize base on your needs in speed and a lot of tweaks.

I have a basic $500 gaming PC and it had the very basic R5 graphics card, which s nothing. I decided to upgrade, since the only gaming I do currently is WoW. This upgrade was very necessary. I find it is exactly what I need. I still don't have the best graphics, but I don't need it. I simply wanted something that allowed enough fps to play the game more smoothly, since it has become a bit more demanding on the current expac. (5 for graphics on the game, which is all I wanted or really needed). I instantly noticed the difference in gaming and I only wish I had done it sooner.

This video card made a big difference in the display on my PC, looking at my pictures is much quicker and they look much better. The install process was fast, I just unstalled the old video card, removed it and installed the new card & drivers. Great PC upgrade.

I didn’t really have a chance to use this. I purchased it to make sure my other graphics card was working properly. That being said, this is a decent card and small in size. Should be good for average pc gamers and anyone who is not looking for the highest end gpu.

This was the first graphics card I ever used for a computer that wasn't factory installed. I got my hands on an old pc and I wanted to try gaming. The computers original card couldn't handle any games but after I installed this card, things ran very smoothly. Old games looked great, however, if you have an older rig, this card might not give you what you're looking for, especially on newer triple A titles.

Got this when my Nephew was trying to play Subnautica on an older Lenovo PC with second gen i3. It wouldn't play at all before installing the card. Now it displays and plays beautifully on a 1600x900 monitor. At the time, this was the only card in the Montclair store that didn't require additional power connections, so I didn't have to upgrade the power supply. At the time, the store had a couple of the more expensive Nvidia cards and no AMD cards. I guess the uptick in cryptocurrency mining has kept the graphics card shelves pretty sparse.

I had this card in some of my laptops and it was a nice card. It wasn't an overly aggressive card but it was a card you could play most 1080p games at high level settings and still get decent frame rates. EVGA's implementation is a good one a the card is easy to install and use and didn't even require any PCIe connectors. Overall a good card but it's starting show it's age. It is a nice step up from at 1050 card though the 1050 TI version is a much better card if you are looking for a budget gpu.

This is an older video card, but I built a PC with budget in mind. So far it performs flawless on games like Borderlands 2 and Counter Strike. I haven't yet tested it on newer games like Rainbow Six or Call of Duty. The PC is connected to a TV, so it's nice to have audio and video go through the HDMI cable and thru the surround receiver. I built the PC to day boot Windows 10 and Linux, and it performed perfect on Linux as well. It's installed in a microATX case so takes up a bit of real estate, but cable routing was still easy
