Plenty of power for my gaming rig. 1000 watts may be overkill but I don't need to worry about running out of juice. Quiet and looks in a black color scheme. Nice cables. Fully modular, don't need to hide those unnecessary cables.

I havent really put this PSU through its paces just yet. I am just testing my cpu on a test bench before delidding it. Then ill move onto CPU plus GPU. However first impressions are quite impressive. Thr packaging is fantastic, the size of the unit for its power output is amazing and its practically silent. The cable layout and labeling is awesome and easy to follow. I was really impresed with the plug in power on jumper. Ive had a homemade one forever... but to have an included official one was nice. I cant wait to fully use this thing. And ill update if i need to.

As an avid PC enthusiast and gamer, I recently had the opportunity to upgrade my rig with the EVGA Supernova 1000 power supply, and I must say, it has been an absolute game-changer! From the moment I unboxed the Supernova 1000, I was impressed by its build quality. The unit felt sturdy and well-constructed, instantly giving me confidence that I was dealing with a premium product. Installing it was a breeze, thanks to its modular design. Being able to connect only the necessary cables not only made cable management a joy but also improved the overall aesthetics of my build. Once everything was set up, I fired up my PC, and boy, was I blown away by the performance! With 1000W of power at my disposal, my system felt incredibly stable and responsive, even under heavy loads. Running demanding games and resource-intensive applications became a piece of cake, and I could see a noticeable improvement in performance compared to my previous power supply.

The safety net recommended by some 3rd party GPU manufacturers ie Gigabyte for it’s 4090 GPU is 1000w. This modular design will fit most if not all cases, and is Gold rated, so I assume it will handle the job. So far it’s doing just that.

This power supply unit definitely does what it’s supposed to do and it does it very well.. i havent had a single issues and im running a 4080s and 14700K

I have used these power supplies since the early 2000's. Modular is the way to go and it works perfect.

I upgraded because I wanted a quieter power supply, I picked EVGA because of their renowned quality. I have not been disappointed. I'm running a 13700k and a 4070ti, both with mild overclocks and this power supply is providing clean, stable power with plenty of headroom; all things I value greatly, especially while streaming.

Purchased open box, but it arrived in perfect condition with all accessories. Works perfectly in my build with a 5800x3d and rx 6900 XT with a raised 450 watt power limit. Its not an extended form factor which helps it fit in more small case builds.

So far good PSU, I made custom sleeved cables for it, just be careful because the 24 pin connector pin out is different than other evga psu's

Working great. Is more powerful than what I needed, but it was only $20 more than its 850 hz sibling.

Installed easily and powered up the monster PC without issue.

PC crashes two different ways. VR will all of a sudden, blast static at full volume. The Assetto Corsa game crashes my PC every time.

Works great, very quiet, and the cables it came with are very nice. They have the braided mesh sleeve over them which is a nice bonus. Running a 4070 Ti Super, 7950x and several drives, RGB fans and no issues.

This worked with my new AMD 7950x AM5 motherboard with 2 8pin power and it had 4 vga cables but used only 3 for my AMD 7900 xtx video card. Has all the connections for other sata connections and things so it ended up being perfect for my build. I thought this might not work with all the extra cables new motherboards and video cards require. It had i think a silent mode where you can switch off the fan but i left that switch in the on position. There is no excess noise from it though. So 5 stars. And it's a standard square size power supply with the typical 4 screws to screw it in from the back of the case.

I have this PSU in a build with an Intel 13600k and an AMD 7800XT. Very easy to work with for a fully modular. It comes with quality cables which are easy to maneuver in tight cases. I’ve encountered zero power related issues. Highly recommended for a mid to high tier custom build.

This is a fantastic power supply paired up with my RTX 4090. This power supply unit performs great and is very quiet. I've read very few complaints about noise and coil whine, but after a few months, I have still never had such an issue. This unit was also very easy to install. Even with a powerhouse GPU such as the 4090 GPU, I've yet to face any stability issues. Along with a 4090, I have an i7-13700k. The physical build of this PSU appears very solid. Even for a fair price, it seems EVGA did not skimp out on cheap or plastic-like materials. On top of all that, EVGA offers an amazing 10-year warranty on this PSU, so that shows some strong ambition that this company has for their products.
