I needed a few more SATA power plugs for my new hard drives. This 600-watt power supply works great. It has enough cable plugs for my needs and able to handle the new load. Fits current PC case, as expected. Fair Price too.

The existing power supply I had in my computer quit on me and I saw that Best Buy had the EVGA - 80 PLUS 600W ATX power supply on sale for a good price. I picked one up and have been very pleased with it so far.

This power supply was a great deal. It does the job of running a mid-level Nvidia card and 3 sata hard-drives without breaking the bank. I trust the brand and got mine for a very competitive price. Very easy installation.

I decided to return this unit before ever using it, and here's why: - This unit is only 80 Plus rated, which means its less energy efficient than those with a 80 Plus Bronze or 80 Plus Gold rating. - It only has a 3 year warranty. Most PSUs have at least a 5 year warranty. - This unit is non-modular, which means all the cables are pre-attached. If there are any cables you don't need, you have to tuck them somewhere in your case instead of picking and choosing which cables you need. - The cables are colored, aka ketchup and mustard. This is purely and aesthics issue, as I preferred all black sleeved cables. Overall it's probably not that bad for the price, but I had decided to go with a different, more expensive EVGA PSU, the 550w B5.

I've had this for about 2 months now, so far so good. good deal,was on sale chesper than the lower watt one was, easy to install, just take picture of how wires are connected with old power supply,because all the connectors aren't needed

It works as expected. Bought it on sale at a great price. Not modular so requires a little more effort working around the extra cables. Installed it 2 weeks ago, can't speak for longevity. Don't think it's worth the extra cost for a higher rated (bronze, gold, etc.) PSU
