Have found that selecting the Geek Squad installation option (for exercise equipment) was definitely worth it. Watched the two man team out the elliptical and bike together ..they are experts and did a great job.

I purchased an exercise bike and had it delivered and assembled in home. They did a great job. They were on time, and put the bike together very quickly. They also cleaned up well afterwards.

The install was hands free for me as Best Buy took care of everything! Speedy and efficient!

Home delivery for a large item was a good option, and the technicians did a good job assembling my elliptical and removing the old one.

There is a bad assembly in one pedal and the eliptical is not working properly due this and it is a risk of injury
