    The delivery and installation of the elliptical trainer went extremely well and I love my new piece of exercise equipment. However, it's been 2 weeks since the delivery and I'm still waiting on haul away of the old elliptical. The old elliptical was not able to be disassembled because the pieces had rusted together and arrangements were supposed to be made for a large truck to pick it up. I've made more than 6 phone calls about this and have yet to have a team show up to haul away the old elliptical even though I've made several appointments for haul away. Since I paid for this service, I'm very disappointed that Best Buy is not showing up for the appointments. The old elliptical is taking up space in my carport, making it impossible for more than one person to park a car.
