I purchased a a Bowflex with installation from Best Buy. Used it 3 times and it stopped working. Called customer service and was transferred numerous time...over an hour later I was given Bowflex number because Best Buy couldn’t do anything for me. I had the Bowflex for less than a week at this time. It’s been over a month.. still can’t use my Bowflex. New parts had to me ordered. The technician also informed me that geek squad did a horrible job putting together my elliptical. I will NEVER use this service again. Probably won’t buy anything from Best Buy. The customer service is awful. I decided to invest in my health and now I just feel like I wasted 2k

This is for a recumbent bike. The tension adjustment did not seem to work well. With zero tension it was too easy to pedal. Moved up one notch and it was extremely difficult to pedal.

The elliptical was delivered 8 hours after the delivery window (9pm). The crew had no time to take apart the old elliptical or assemble the new one. One member of the crew promised to come back the next Saturday, but never showed up (never answered his phone and never returned the calls). I ended up dissembling the old equipment and putting the new elliptical together myself.

Worst experience ever. I originally had my product delivered on November 23, 2021. The technicians were at my house for 5 hours and the product was never operational. I am still waiting for them to pick up the non operational item and deliver a new one. At this point I just really want a refund but everyone I talk to says they cannot help. This has been a nightmare. I wish I would of ordered the item from the manufacturer

Terrible service and worse follow up from the Geek Squad team. Assembled machine, but new elliptical was missing a piece and they did not remove old elliptical. Two open tickets (at this point still waiting to be contacted back) and two missed appts for old elliptical removal. Original removers didn’t follow up with geek squad at all.

as they were putting the elliptical together, they said to my wife "we never did this before" and when they were done, it was obvious. Schedule an appointment for fix their mistake and they were a no-show. They forgot to put it in their system that the delivered and installed it. Best Buy is NOT the place to by exercise equipment.

This is not really an elliptical it is more like a stepper. Very hard on the knees.

Didn’t put bike together properly. Squeaks and scheduling someone to come back out has been frustrating bc day before appt I was contacted saying it wouldn’t be done bc wrong code was put into system. I sit and wait for cs to contact me for a reschedule. Not happy.

I paid for haul away service for a lot of money, and the guys who did the installation left all the packaging in my front yard. I had to break it all down, and package it up for the refuse company to pick up...A LOT OF WORK, not to mention I paid for nothing!

May be returning unit. Seat will not stay locked. Handle appears to lock but seat slides down and makes it hard to ride. I purchased this to help me rehab from knee replacement. Will be contacting store today

Not worth going with expert assembly. Assembly is poor, the way they tighten up the screws, the threads are gone and I cannot even open it to take it back to store. Will have to get tome big SUV to return now.

The elliptical makes squeaky noise, I don't think it is installed right. They did not haul-away my old elliptical. Promised many times but nobody showed up.

Parts were loose, pieces not installed (left over), months late on delivery, left a huge mess. I learned my lesson on buying the install.

Customer service is horrible. One of worse purchasing decisions of my life. I will never buy from Best Buy again.

No idea how to put this together. Still waiting for a 3er visit to have the machine working or returning

Technicians were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. An asset to the company.
