    This model is an improvement over the last one I had for a couple of years. Nice grip. Wish it could have ported over my previous channel sign in info (I had to look for my ID and passwords i stored elsewhere). Overall pretty good.

    The Roku streaming service works great, however this remote is just average; the quality of the hardware is poor. I replaced an identical model that I had used for 2 years with this one and it still frequently fails to work. I have to re-insert the batteries or even change the batteries to get it working again. Old one had the same problem! Hardware needs improvement.

    Excellent option if you don’t have a Smart TV. Also appreciate that it controls your tv so you don’t have to use separate remotes.
