    We had to buy this new one because we lost the remote to our other one and we could not just buy a new remote and reprogram it to match the existing roku we already had. I think it stinks that we had to buy a whole new one.

    So far so good. A bit of a lag getting the guide sometimes, but I think that's on Spectrum and not on Roku's end.

    Works great except sometimes the resolution is off and I must turn my TV off and back on to reset.

    not sure if it is the ROKU, the internet,NESN, or the TV, but we're having trouble getting NESN Live TV to turn on using this ROKU. If we log out and then log back in to our NESN account, eventually we get in. But I would think that the ROKU would recognize our account and we would not have to log out and then in again

    The first month it worked perfectly for me but the quality of the device is very poor because right now the forward button practically no longer works and I don't remember that I have had it for more than three months.
