We were very happy with the delivery. The delivery people were on time, courteous and professional.

The guy that delivered tv could not get up winter steep half mile driveway and carried 65 inch tv up my driveway on his back hats off to this delivery man for going above and beyond on for our Tv Christmas

Very grateful for getting the installation even though I reside outside of Bend but the installation was done quickly and well within my schedule.

They come pretty quick but still have a wide window of time when they can show up. Which means you can't plan anything for the day.

I needed to make an exchange for my Dryer that was dented upon arrival. Unfortunately, Best Buy had a difficult time both over the phone and in the store making an exchange without charging me for delivery again, in an even exchange. I had to pay for delivery again in order to exchange the dryer. After calling customer service and returning to the store, a store manager was able to contact Corporate who sent me a check in the amount that I paid for delivery just to exchange.

Delivered and installation by the Geek Squad. This is the only way to go on a large heavy tv. They know what they are doing and get it right and make sure you are happy with the result before they leave. They also clean up and vacuum before leaving. They even wore boots on their feet as I requested.

Installer was excellent however the scheduling process was horrible. First 2 attempts failed - I had to call on the first one to find that they did not have the TV and would not be coming - found that out 2 hours into my arrival window. Second attempt had the installer so booked that he would not have enough time to pick up the TV and get to my home. Installer scheduled the third date and that worked fine.

Delivery on time with no issues. I needed help setting it on stand and they helped with that. Really appreciated that.

Very good installation. The installers coordinated their arrival, were prompt, cleaned up debris and departed with no issues. Very satisfied.

This became a problem when the mount that was supposed to fit my TCK 65 inch Series 8 did not, in fact, fit. The installer from Best Buy was forced to reschedule and then find 4 extra long screws that would fit. He did and the follow through was excellent. It was not his problem that the mount sold to me was incorrect. And yet, he did make it work.

Can't beat free delivery and installation. They were fast and professional

The Geek Squad team had to come from Midland, pick up my new fridge in San Angelo and bring it over 20 miles to deliver. Great guys that delivered my fridge! Plus, my delivery was the only one that day. All for their standard price.

The Geek Squad were WONDERFUL!! I was so pleased with the job they did, they took away the TV I was returning and installed the replacement with expert efficiency. They were both friendly and professional. I'm pretty far away from the store but they were here right on time, They even took away the packaging etc.

We live in a fir forest about 40 miles West of Eugene and even though my husband is very handy and has an F-350 Ford truck, he recently had back surgery. So we couldn't pick up and bring the new dishwasher home with us. For a few dollars the Best Buy service team delivered it (and took away the packing materials and the old dishwasher! What a great option.

Excellent delivery service! I live in the mountains with difficult access. The delivery team did an excellent job unloading and preparing the item for setup. They were very careful and put everything back to the original setup. Doors had to be removed and furniture moved...everything was put back...they were very friendly the entire delivery!!
