I am so happy I paid for an extended warrenty

I made two phone calls and the next thing I know I receive a call from a tech person letting me know my set would be replaced free of charge. I made a quick trip to Best Buy to pick out a new set. Within a couple of days the delivery men delivered my new set and took away my old set. It was all very painless. .

Installed , cleaned up all the rappers and took away my aunts old one. Very pleased

They were prompt, polite, and professional. They did a great job setting up the new unit to maximize the overall picture quality. We were very happy and they were well worth the money paid.

It's not like we are real close to any of their stores. But two guys showed up with our order, hooked everything us and were gone in record time. We couldn't ask for better service. Thank you.

I'm glad we did as this option also had the benefit of arriving directly on our back porch with others loading and unloading it for us.
