They did a great job getting it into the house and in place.

Best Buy done very good. There was a delay of time it took 2 months and 10 days to get it all working. My gas line had to be changed and stove didn’t come with conversion kit.

Very grateful they offer. We live about 50 miles from closest Best Buy. Have used for install & set up of TV's, sound, and security systems. No addition travel fee required.

CRST are delivery contractors for our area. Totally unprofessional! Better off doing it yourself. Not even 24 hours past eye surgery my husband was doing most of the installation himself. They left our property without notice; dropping old dryer at the curb (They did refund us take-away fee, but canceling the order took away our chances to go through direct review channels.) This was our 2nd time with this two-man crew. There will not be a third.

Best Buy Install Team is the BEST, they are helpful, and neat. they cleaned up all the wrappings and packaging and hauled it all away so I didn't have to fill up my garbage can

When you spend as much money as a we did, don’t think we should have been charged extra for extended delivery. We were about 30 miles or less from store

The geek squad that came to our home all were very good people and did an awesome job connecting all stereo speakers and system along with our movie theater equipment.

The Geek Squad Member was very qualified to install my new TV. Donavan was polite, knowledgeable, and familiar with my new TV. If I ever have a problem with my new TV I hope that Donavan is the one to help fix the problem.

I purchased a GE range in May. It was delivered the first week of July damaged and it still sits in a box in my living room because Best Buy says they don’t have anybody to pick it up. They will not refund until they pick it up. They did not post my first review so I don’t have much hope for this one either.

So glad to have, not quite sure how to write this. I’ve had to use it on my refrigerator and it’s an amazing.

They were quick and took care in removing/Re-installing the exterior door to remove old equipment and install new. Previous experience for install was with their third party group so I was happy with the Geek Squad doing install.

Very happy with the Best Buy extended warranty program. Definitely worth the money.

Geek Squad Installed our TV perfectly! They showed up on time, brought all the equipment, hung the 85” TV and even cleaned up after themselves (and hauled the TV box away)! These guys rock and we recommend them highly!!!
