A friend told me about this and I'm so glad! Makes photo transfer really easy even if you don't have a wifi camera. There is an app for your phone so you can quickly get your photos onto your phone and share them. I only wish it would transfer the RAW files. I have to convert to jpeg in camera before transfer

If you want to continue to use a great camera and not have to upgrade simply to download your pics without the cables, then this is a great solution. I used this Eye-Fi card on two older Canon Cameras. One Point and Shoot, and one DSLR. It was easy to set up and download pictures on an iPhone and iPad. What's cool is if you have a great point and shoot, you can download higher resolution pics on the run to your iPhone and post to Instagram and Twitter. You can edit and share them in iPhoto too. Easy to install and set up. The only downfall is ensure you organize your pictures so you don't have them taking up space in the EyeFi app and on your mobile device albums.

As a amateur / hobbyist photographer, at times it was hard to see the details of my shots on the little view screen of my 5D but with the addition of the Mobi eye-fi, I am no able to instantly see my shots within seconds on my tablet and / or phone to view my shots. I can tell whether or not I need to change any settings or re-position myself or the subject to get the right shot. It was easy to install and setup and being able to save the RAW data on my camera and have the JPEG sent to the tablet/phone to share right away is also a plus. There are other ones like this but I am very pleased with this one.

Great little device. I was torn between spending more money on a camera that had wi-fi vs not. It would have cost more. This card made my camera into wi-fi capable. I don't know if it works on all cameras. Mine is the Nikon D3300. It is really easy to use. Just be careful when you sync. I didn't understand it at first and it synced ALL my photos from the other devices and I ended up running out of memory on my phone and tablet.

This neat and simple to use SD WiFi Card turned my favorite SLR Camera into a powerful wireless camera. I can take a photo and send the photos directly to my computer. A must have for anyone with an SLR camera. Thanks Best Buy for helping me select it!

Struggled over the years with the immediacy of terrible cell phone pictures vs. the delay of pictures from a good camera. i would bring a camera to sporting events, family events, etc. and take good pictures. But 5 minutes later I'd hear something like "oh, Billy, what a great shot you just put on Instagram!" and see some grainy, poorly framed, out-of-focus picture. Almost gave up shooting anything but nature and scenery. This card has brought new energy to my photography. I'm still going to do some post-processing to most of my photos before posting them, but if I get a particularly good shot of little Susie setting the volleyball, I can use the time in between sets to post the photo somewhere of just text it to little Susie's mom. And some of the worst shots I take (or anybody takes, not saying I'm some super-photographer) with a real camera are better than the best cell phone snapshots. Downside: Transfer is a little slow. I find myself scrolling through the app on my phone trying to find the one or two that I wanted to use immediately and getting messed up when the next couple of photos are transferred and the screen jumps. But once they're on the phone, you get the same options for text, Facebook, email, Instagram as any other photo. Another downside might be operator error. The app imports all the pictures on my phone. Don't know for sure if it's duplicating them. I'm afraid to delete them because I might be deleting the original. No real help on-line for this. Third downside is deleting. In the digital age, we take a lot of pictures because once you buy the storage, it's basically free. So instead of shooting 5 rolls of 36 exposure film for 180 total shots, we take 300, 400, 1000 shots knowing we can delete them. Getting them off of the main album page on the app is time consuming. Maybe I'm just supposed to filter and not worry about the old ones? But then I'd run out of space on my phone. My solution has been to mount the phone up as a drive on my PC and delete the files in bulk that way. All-in-all, I really like the real-time publishing ability this card has given me. Outweighs the downsides by far.

I purchased the Eye-Fi because I was looking for an easier way to transfer my photos without an additional piece of equipment plugged into my camera. It works great with transferring photos to my Toshiba laptop and cell phone.

Bought this product to take on to a cruise and be able to take pics with my Canon T5 and send pics to my LG G3 to send to social media without the need to have a laptop. The app is okay and needs more work to make it more user friendly. But the biggest concern is the transfer rate from the SD Card to my phone LG G3. It is not instantaneous.. but it does get there over time. I did notice that it has a faster transfer on my wife's Iphone 5s but the Iphone is buggy with the wi-fi when at home.. it is fighting with my home wi-fi and the SD cards wi-fi.

Always takes a while to upload my DSLR shots to my phone if I want to share them on social media... with the Eye-Fi memory card it's great! If I could do it over again, I probably would get more storage but definitely worth it.

I've purchased earlier versions of the EyeFi cards. Love the concept but 1st models were hit and miss. The new mobi is working really great now and is syncing my photos from my sony ned 6 to the cloud and if I want it on my iPhone i just download. It finally works and better than I thought.

A friend of mine recently purchased the Fuji X-T1 which had the great feature of Wifi transfers to a phone or tablet. I have a great point and shoot that does not have this feature and started thinking about a new camera. When I went to Best Buy I found the EyeFi cards which I was familiar with but forgot about and realized that I could replace my SD card with this card and gain the Wifi transfer ability. Now I can use the paired mobile app to transfer images while I'm out and about from my camera to my phone and easily edit and share online without having to wait to transfer on a computer. Feels like I have a brand new camera!

I'm selling several items online so I need to take lots of pictures. I'm using an app on my cell phone to make my posts, but my phone has a broken camera. The Eye-fi card automatically sends pictures from my camera to my phone as I take them. I love this little card!

My wife is not tech savy, but wanted a new digital SLR camera.. Set up the card, popped in the camera and her pictures just started showing up on her phone to share with family and friends. She said that was the best part of her present this year!

My camera is a Canon DSL1 which did not come with a built in wifi transfer feature like newer cameras do. So i started looking for alternate options and came across this. I saw some reviews that say it doesnt work or it only works when it feels like it. The truth is from my experience is that the card knows if it has already transferred an image to your device that you're transferring them to. Once it has transferred it once it will no longer ever transfer it again. So some people might not like that but personally i dont mind it. I think it's a great memory card that gives your camera that extra feature if it doesn't already have it. I would recommend it to a friend.
