I bought this memory card for use on vacation because I wanted to be able to share photos without having to go through the process of downloading from my camera. With this card installed in my DSLR, I am able to transfer my photos, as they are being taken, from my camera to an android device using wi-fi direct. In my case, I paired the card with my phone. Once the images are on my phone, they are automatically backed up to a cloud account. This card has changed the way I deal with my images. I no longer have to go through the hassle of attaching a cable to my camera and downloading to a PC. My images are now available on all my devices everywhere

Decided to make this purchase while out of town seeing as though I'm always shooting on vacation and would like to share via social networks. It's just an easier way to share. I must note that the app does take up a lot of memory on your phone in which I do not have so I find myself deleting often. Once I upgrade my 5s I'm hoping to utilize it more.

the convenience of going wireless is great! no need to plug into your laptop or eject card to retrieve your images. just sync to iPad or iPhone and you can instantly share to Facebook.

Wanted to add wifi to my canon T5 and this did the trick.

I love that I can immediately save my images to my iPhone or other mobile device which in turn syncs them to the cloud. I never run out of space. The transfer for the last few images may take a bit but after they are transfer to my mobile device, I can just delete them from the card while it is in the camera and make room for more.

Don't get me wrong, it does exactly what it's supposed to do. Albeit pretty slowly at times (probably due to the size of the pictures). My issue is I can't seem to access the full resolution photos on the app on my computer once it's sent. I only get the scaled down versions. I am willing to accept that I don't understand how to use it, but it's not without trying. I guess my complaint is with the app itself. I'm recommending this item provided it is possible to retrieve the full sized photos from the pc/mobile app.

The EyeFi Mobi is a significant improvement over the first generation EyeFi cards which I feel were sporadic with connecting to devices, and simply trying to do too much. Setup required putting the EyeFi card into an SD read on a desktop/laptop computer and setting it up through some very clunky software. Now with the Mobi, there is no need for that. You simply put the card into the camera, download the app and within a couple of steps, you have a stabile and reliable connection between the camera and device. On the note of apps, in order to use the Mobi, you need the new EyeFi app, different from the old one (as noted in packaging). The old cards work with the old app and the new Mobi's work with the new app. The new app is also a significant jump from the old app in terms of design and simplicity. There are features that I wish I had on the Mobi, features that I had on the X2 Pro models like RAW transfer, and the ability to select certain images to transfer. The Mobi transfers all your photos and I don't believe there is a way around that. I could be wrong. On price, the 16GB Mobi is $99. My X2 Pro was 16GB and about the same price and it had more functionality. However, as I stated before, the Mobi is a significant improvement over the old EyeFi's and is worthy of its price, though I think I could be slightly cheaper.

I was looking for a way to effortlessly sync photos from my DSLR to my phone and PC. This card works great and fills that need. You do have to use their online storage site but that is the way most everyone stores photos today.

I like the product, my only issue is the app's. It works without issue on my tab 4 but has issues on my note 3. With that said, I'd buy another.

This item is very useful but I am only giving it a 4 out of 5 because one of my original 2 purchased split at the seam for no reason.

The most spectacular memory card. I never expected how amazing, impressive the outcomes of all the pictures taken using this memory card. I would certainly patronize this product from now on. Thanks Best Buy of making EYEFI available to your customers like me....

Takes a few minutes to setup. It works great with my iPad.

Set up was very easy & I also synced it up with my OneDrive account. When I take a picture on my camera, it automatically appears on my cell phone & my OneDrive account. I am using a Samsung Galaxy 4 with Android version 4.4.4.

took some time to figure out how it works, i like that you can view the pictures from your phone.

I have used the eyefi SD card a couple of times and really like the way the photos I take during the day are downloadable to my iPad in the evening, making editing and review a much easier and quicker task.

This makes wireless photo transfer easy! Just what I needed. Price I payed was worth it.
