I participated in a market research study and received an Indoor Camera: Mini O to evaluate. Setup: The Mini O was very easy to setup. It came with very clear instructions on how to set the camera up and connect it to the internet. It came with all the parts needed to mount the camera. Loved that it attached magnetically to things and came with a metal ring to attach to the wall or other area to facilitate this, or could just be sat down on a flat surface. The app downloaded quickly and easily to my phone. It was very simple to connect the camera to the app via my phone. Picture and Sound Quality: It has a clear picture and a fairly large visual field. The sound quality is good as well. I liked that I could record video or take pictures, in real time from the app, as long as I had a Micro SD card inserted into the camera. Problems:The feature where you are able to turn the Mic on and communicate with someone from your phone to the camera was not so good. Neither my husband or my daughter could understand what I was saying, when I was at work, but they could here me if I was in the house in a different room.

The camera is made well. The instructions to set it up were very easy to follow and I had the camera up and running in under two minutes (this is my second EZVIZ camera and I already had the app downloaded). When the camera is turned on, the picture is very high quality and the infrared image looks great at night as well. The motion detection is great and the alarm it raises on the app is helpful. I will say that the push notifications for this alert can become a nuisance - the motion detector is sensitive to changes in the brightness of the sun coming through the windows, even at its lowest setting. Overall, I highly recommend this equipment. The app is a little more confusing and the interface could stand to be streamlined. Also, the app and the website seem to have totally different functionality. You can get done what you want to get done, but you may have to access the app and the website separately to make it happen. As an example, I encrypted the feed from one of my security cameras via the app, then tried to share the feed with my wife`s app (which apparently you can only do from the website). Once I went on the website and shared the feed, she couldn`t see it due to the encryption so I had to go back to the app and remove the encryption. So the functionality is there, but it`s not consolidated or streamlined. Overall, I recommend this system highly. It`s great for the price, and if you don`t mind a little extra time working through the app and website, it has great functionality.

I received the EZVIZ Mini O camera for free in exchange for an honest review. My favorite use was to use the magnet base with the included metal base to attach this to my baby’s pack ‘n play. I can monitor him in there while I’m in another room. There is a two-way microphone/speaker on it, so you can hear what is going on in the area you are monitoring and you can speak through it. This is configurable to turn on/off. In fact, there are several different configurations you can make to this camera. There is a motion sensor that starts recording when it senses motion. There are several alarm setting that can be set, status lights on/off and IR on/off. The setup was very easy. Once I had the app installed on my iPhone, I followed the directions in the Quick Start Guide. The Camera connected to my network pretty quickly, and I was able to monitor the video by going into the app. The camera is in black and white, and you can set one of three levels of video quality. I had mine set to basic and the picture was actually very good. You have the ability to record and take snapshots of the live feed. You can save video to a MicroSD card, your phone, or the EZVIZ Cloud. I really like how this camera works for its size and price point. One of the best features of the app is that you can have many cameras loaded into one app for each monitoring of them. They also don’t have to be the same camera model. So, you can have peace of mind that you can video monitor your home effectively.

I received a free sample of the Mini O camera to review. Overall, I like the camera, but found some things that could be improved. First, it was packaged very nicely. The camera has a fun shape and look. It has a very clean look, but it also stands out to me wherever I put it. I guess that would only matter if you care about it being inconspicuous. The power cord is in a spot that made it a little awkward to plug in. The longer cord gave me more options for placement, which was really nice as it does need to be plugged in to work. It is not battery powered. Installation: The directions were detailed, but hard to follow because the print was so small. I did like that you have the option to use the QR code for setup rather than manually entering the information. The code worked very fast. Camera use: I wish there was a quick start guide for basic use that would explain some of the different symbols in the app. The app is very nice, and it just takes a little time to figure everything out. I did not like that you could only access video history if you paid for it. Unless you are watching at that moment, there is nothing recorded. You can purchase and insert a microSD card that allows you to record. The picture quality was good during the day, but a bit fuzzy around the edges at night. Overall, this is a decent camera. I would make the instructions easier to read (which does not affect the quality of the camera), allow for video history, and improve the night vision.

I received a free sample of this camera in exchange for my review. Overall, the camera is easy to set-up, has many functions, and is able to do a good job in watching over my house when I am not there. The biggest function for me is the piece of mind that I get knowing that I am able to view my home from a remote location. I did have some difficulty in setting up the camera to my Wi-Fi, but I was able to contact customer service and they walked me through the process and success!! Overall, I give it a good rating. Would like to have had a more seamless process in the initial set-up, but I am happy with the final results.

Overall the mini o was very easy to set up I had to plug it in and then install the app on my phone once my camera was set up and connected to wifi it was very easy to navigate. I think the camera is high quality and does what I want it to do the picture is clear and quality and shows exactly what I want to see. I also like that the product is compact and very modern/ sleek

I received a free sample of the Ezviz Mini O to provide an honest review. I like this camera, setup was very easy with using the app on my smartphone. They have a QR code on the device that you scan to make setup a breeze. The image quality is excellent and provides a pretty wide view angle. I like the memory card feature for on board recording. There is also the option to subscribe to cloud recording which secures your recordings off site in case of fire or theft. The cost seems very reasonable and is much cheaper than most home security systems. Mounting is super simple with the built in magnet, it does come with a metal bracket which can be screwed or fixed with included adhesive discs. The cord is long providing good flexibility in where it can be mounted. I do own another brand of Home monitoring cameras, and these hold up very well. They are great as a baby or pet monitor, but the motion alerts and cloud recording make them great for home security too. I would recommend this camera which provides excellent value for money, great for home security/monitoring on a budget.

I really liked this camera because of the two way feature. This camera exceeded my expectations for viewing clarity during the day and at night as well as the 2 way voice feature. I was really surprised when I was able to communicate through the camera while I was in Florida and the camera was at home in Chicago. The set up took a little longer than expected due to the amount of time it took to sync the wifi. Other than that it was basically plug and play. There was a little lag in the camera but that is because it is wireless and there will always be a lag in wireless cameras. I could not be more happier with the camera selection. I received this product for free in exchange for my review but I definitely would have purchased this item. I took a star off for the wifi syncing, it took about 3-4 tries before I was able to get it connected to the internet. But still, great choice for home security that is quality and easy to use.

This is a review for the free sample security camera. It's a very compact device, small enough to be somewhat concealed and with the flexibility to be positioned in multiple positions. The camera image is crystal clear while viewed through my smartphone. My only complaint is that the camera has to be plugged in which limits where it can be placed and/or positioned.

I received this camera for free in exchange of a product review. The set up of the camera was pretty easy. I had some issues connecting with my wi-fi but after a few tries it eventually worked.I like the picture and audio quality. The microphone option wonderful and sounded great too. The picture was a wide angle so it worked great capturing the whole room. Having the option for a sim card is very useful to and the app was easy to navigate through also.

I received this product as a free sample to review. Overall its a great in door camera. The one feature we love is the voice interaction. you can speak to each other from home to my phone. I can talk to my son when he walks in the house after school and I am still at work. Very good camera.

A great way to communicate with the built in mic! I had some difficulty getting the camera to hook up to my phone. I was finally able to by generating a QR code on my phone (which is an option after it fails to connect to phone) and pointing the camera at my phone. I struggled for about 10 minutes before it would finally connect up. The night mode is another great feature, giving clear images. Apart from the length of set up, it’s a wonderful camera; I should mention that I was sent a free sample to use for this review. Overall, I absolutely love the quality this camera produces!
