    As a FT fan and and as much as i would love to give it 5 stars cause its excellent, censoring a game doesn't cut it. Its not the way the director intended the game to be. And if panties were supposed to be shown, that was his vision. And if you love seeing panties, that's your choice as well. Shame on Koei Tecmo for allowing the rating system to do this.
