It is like having your own personal throne in the "rest" room . . . warm seat, warm water, warm drying air, night light, opens when you approach, closes later after you leave, has UV cleaning for the spray nozzle, nozzle adjusts for front and rear cleaning, does not require bolts for attachment to the floor, looks elegant and sleek, fits standard 12 inch (305 mm) floor placement from back wall. All in all, a wonderful addition to the master bathroom. Installing it encouraged a full room painting, just to bring the room up to its "new" modern and luxurious appearance.
