Customers love the extensive gameplay, abundant content, and enjoyable crafting system in Fantasy Life. Many appreciate the variety offered by the numerous classes and find the game to be fun and engaging. However, some find the story and dialogue to be underwhelming and repetitive aspects detract from the overall experience for some players. The game's difficulty may also be a factor for some.

This game is one of the most enjoyable I have ever purchased. The world is beautiful and the game play is excellent. The only negative thing is that they include too much text when talking to characters.

This game is a great RPG to own for the 3DS. I've poured 100+ hours into it. The little quests are mainly fetch quests but I found this game addicting. The different roles is what make the game fun.

This game is addictive and mastering every class will take more than 100 hours. Definitely a good value for what you're paying.
Dialog is hilarious. Battle mechanics are simple but satisfying.

If you're looking for a good rpg with a lot of content, fun dialogue, and way too many things to sink time into, then look no further. Fantasy Life is one of those games that you can pick up and play at your own pace and there is never any shortage of things to do. With 12 classes to play as and online multiplayer there are many reasons to keep coming back.

This game is similar to Rune Factory, but you are able to choose 12 different lifes/jobs. Very fun game, I've already put in 90+ hours and still not done with the main story yet :)

Being an adult, I enjoyed this game a lot. There is plenty of things to do to keep you busy aside from the main storyline. I would have given it 5 stars if there wasn't so much talking in the game. One conversation can easily last about 10 minutes.

Fantasy Life fife is like The Legend of Zelda meets Animal Crossing. It is a fun, charming RPG with many different jobs to play. You can do anything, from hunting monsters to building furniture.

If you could never decide on a class in RPGs that only allow you to play one option through the entire playthrough, this is the game for you. The class diversity goes beyond regular combat-types and into the crafting and skill work that makes the fantasy towns in these types of games continue to run while adventurers are out saving them. I love that your skills carry over, so if you level your paladin to 20, then switch to chef, you still have sword and combat skills to help you kill animals for ingredients for your dishes. With 20 job classes and a good story, there's tons of play time in this game!

I was lucky to get this game price matched, and I'm very thankful for it. The game itself is awesome...almost like a fantasy version of Animal Crossing.

For everyone who's looking for Harvest Moon or Rune Factory, Factory Life sadly isn't for you. It doesn't have any farming and there's no possible love interests.
What it does have however, it does well. Fantasy Life immerses you in one of 12 lives which span from combat, to gathering to production classes. These classes all have their own quirks and advantages so feel free to mix and match! What's most addicting about Fantasy Life is that you're not restricted to one life per play through. You're welcome to try them all at the same time.
Usually you'll play with one class in the beginning and then branch out to other classes gradually. This is because as you start to hit walls you'll feel the need to explore more, take more advantage of the materials and items that are all around you and most importantly become self-sufficient. You could be playing as a Paladin but come across fish in a lake and want to get them. Luckily you can switch over to angler, learn up to adept and then switch right back to Paladin. You'll still be able to catch fish, and it'll be easier when you switch to angler later. Nothing is pointless in this game, after all, nothing is pointless in life! You can hunt monsters, gather materials or make your own items. Whatever you want, whenever you want.
Fantasy Life isn't Harvest Moon, and it doesn't have to be. It's a great game for all ages that everyone can get behind.

A fun game with a very cartoony art style. Don't let that turn you away though, as the amount of things you can do in the game are overwhelming, sometimes to the point where you lose track of or get lost in. From different ways of combat to just cooking things, there isn't much you can't do. Don't expect a great story though, this game is really just about the dopamine rush you get from completing checklists.
