I've played the other far cry games and love the. Far cry 4 was even better. The graphics and gameplay do not disappoint. The huge open world in this game provides several hours worth of activities, exploring and side missions. I would recommend this game to anyone the like that open world, play at your own pace feel.

Although Farcry 4 is very similar to the last ones of its kind, they've introduced more dynamic online gameplay to continue the game well after the campaign is finished. There are secret locations to look for and a new Karma and XP feature to unlock new weapons.

The Far Cry games just keep getting better, and this one exceeded our expectations. The world is pretty intense and immersive- with crazy random stuff happening around every bend. Great story-line, interesting characters, and awesome mechanics. Highly recommend!

Even without all the extra content from the season pass, this game will give you between 60-100 hours of game time depending on the style of game you play. While in some ways it feels like Far Cry 3.5 with more polish, the story and game play are rock solid and completely fun. It looks nice on the PS4.

One of the best games on the PS4 so far. Great open world environment. Beautiful graphics, excellent sound, lots of different challenges to do from hunting animals, taking over outposts, story missions,etc. This is an excellent title for the PS4.

I mean,what can I say?!! Graphics,sound,story,all great features in the game. As you play you really feel apart of the game. You totally get lost in the character as well. I'd been waiting and waiting for this game and itived up to the hype.

If you're a fan of open world gameplay and enjoy unexpected things to happen- this is for you. The freedom in this game is fun, and the artificial intelligence is pretty good compared to many games- the enemy actually appears to be thinking, doing what they can to flank you and attack in a manner that deosnt seem stupid. This leads to a lot of fun and challenging situations. The free roaming animals are also a fun challenge.. Just as you're about to take that very well planned shot that you spent alot of time getting to- an eagle may swoop down and not only ruin your shot but also make everyone aware that youre there... chaos ensues.. Its nioce to also have the choice to approach situation in different ways- you can go in guns blazing or sneak around and be smart about it- your choice! Great game!

Bought it well after release so I saved money. Gameplay and story good but Farcry 5 is better. Purchased at same time.

I absolutely loved playing this game. The world is expansive and lush, and there is so much to do. I enjoyed the cultural integration in the game. Capturing outposts and doing hostage rescues were a lot of fun, and it gets even more interesting as you unlock new weapons. The animals were a nice touch, but they eventually turned out to be more of a pest than anything else. The campaign story is sufficient, and the missions are entertaining. The use of certain weapons like a sniper, the knife, or a crossbow in combination with stealth, deception, and timing was very engaging. Patience, cunning, and an unhesitating poise are a thrilling must, though it is fun go in loud on the last few standing. I have spent countless hours playing this game, and there is still more to do. A definite must-buy in my book.

I got Far Cry 4 as part of a Best Buy PlayStation 4 batman bundle. It came free with the purchase. It was that or destiny and I picked far cry. Love the game. Open world element is great. Great story and gameplay is on point.

From graphic to story to game play is fantastic. Specially open world, so you can be roaming around even if you are not playing mission....also the wild animals in the game is very aggressive and realistic... loving it...

I'm enjoying this more than FC3. The story is more plausible. Flying around in the mini-chopper is really fun, and co-op mode is very engaging. I like coming up with stealthy plans to take out outposts with a friend.

I rate this game 4 stars. Even though, I had 10s of hours of gameplay with it, and it was overall a very fun game, it got easy very quickly and soon became repetitive. I will no doubt play it again in the future though, and this is a great game to have in my library!

The story line and villains were better in Far Cry 3, however the immersive environments and solid game play are back again. If you enjoyed Far Cry 3 you will love this follow up. I really like that they added leader boards and the ability to "re-take" outposts. I believe Far Cry 3 required a mod to reset outposts (PC version), however Far Cry 4 adds an interaction option within each outpost that will allow you to replay it solo or with a friend. A great addition that adds a lot of replay value without needing mods, which is great since I bought it on PS4 this time around. The visual on the console edition this generation are very close to what my PC was able to manage on Far Cry 3 (it looks beautiful).

This is my first Farcry experience and it's fantastic! The graphics are amazing and I love the open world play.

The world is massive and there is so much to do. The graphics are awesome and the massive open world is great to explore. Multiple ways to tackle missions and many weapons to choose from.

Very similar to far cry 3 in gameplay. This is a good thing as that was also a fun open world game. Taking over bases and climbing towers to reveal more of the map should be familiar to anyone who has played an Ubisoft game vefore

This game is gorgeous, first of all. The world is beautiful, and extremely detailed. The gameplay is silky smooth, and really entertaining. If you like open world games this is for you.

I actually bought this game as a gift to my cousin but every time I see the game it's awesome. It has a great story, beautiful graphics, great co-op. I would definitely recommend for first person shooter or far cry gamers.

Pretty great game. Good story line and graphics. I really enjoyed the main quests, but did get annoyed with some of the racing missions. Overall, very pleased with Far Cry 4.
