This is the first Far Cry game I've played and it was better than I expected! I wasn't sure what I was getting into, but I got the game for free with the purchase of the ps4 console, so I was pretty excited to be able to try out the series. The gameplay was great and I enjoyed playing it so much I couldn't put it down! It definitely lived up to its serie's reputation. Now I have to play the other titles. I also enjoyed the side missions, which added a bit of play time to the game.

This game is bonkers, but in the best way. The story is fun and engaging, the graphics are great, and the action is non-stop.

FC4 is very similar to FC3 climbing towers instead of radio towers upgrading carrying capacity animations even the story is very similar. The game comes off as if very little imagination went into it. Don't get me wrong it's still fun to play and at times you discover new things but as a whole it is somewhat of a disappointment I'm glad I got it on sale and never payed full price for it.

Good solid open world shooter. It should be noted that this is very much the same exact gameplay as the previous Far Cry.

This game is fun, good plot, GREAT graphics, and has lots of room to roam. Worth buying.

This game is epic. Great single player campaign and I like how you can have a friend join and free roam the open world. The graphics are great and the map is massive. You could easily put 40 hours of gameplay into this game. Definitely gonna be up for game of the year

I like the graphics of this game. The story mode is also very interesting and it'll get you addicted on this game.

I started Far Cry 3 on my PS 3 a ways back and got sidetracked so I never finished it. I was leery about this, but I needed a new game for the PS 4, so I took a game. Great graphics and playability. Plenty to do in the game, and the PS 4 allows you to power it down and come right back (if you don't take the game out) when it turns on. Love that feature -- it's like you never turned it off.

Best looking game ever. Story is nice, missions are interesting. Its a must have.

Far cry 4 is an immersive fun action filled game. the story, the beautiful graphics, definately worth a buy.

It has a big, open world. Lots of animals and great graphics. Fun shootouts too

Far cry is a great game. The story is great and the graphics are pretty amazing

Some of the driving and piloting controls may feel strange, and you may already be tired of Ubisoft's "climb and activate tower" ganeplay objectives, but a really fun and solid action/adventure game otherwise. Throw meat and attract tigers, ride an elephant and squash people, grab a bow and show everyone how they failed the city, sneak around and stab, or go in guns blazing; there's no shortage of ways to take people out, however you like to play.

I will admit that I played the original Farcry on the PC a while ago and it was one of the games that left a lasting impression. When I was able to pickup Farcry 4 for a deal I bit the bullet. So far I have not been disappointed. Still not sure of the storyline but It has drawn me in. the gameplay dynamics are not bad and graphics are pretty cool on the PS4.

It took 27 hrs to beat the campaign and I throughly enjoyed 25 of those hours. There are a few missions that depart from the primary gameplay and setting that I wont spoil but just didnt really like. Other than that its best described as Skyrim with guns. Immense world to explore, tons of locations to discover, skills to upgrade, and syringes to craft. And you can ride elephants.

The number one thing about this game - the space! You have so much room to roam and do your own thing while playing the campaign. Online, there are limits and the servers are meh (consistently inconsistent). If you are looking for a game that allows you to have fun on your own (or even with a friend online) look no further. Controls take some getting used to but there are prompts that make jumping into this game a breeze. Buy it and you won't regret it.

Overall, a very nice campaign with lots to do and explore. Super large map with nice textures and gameplay.
