    This is a great knife set that I got while it was on sale. I have needed a new set for my new kitchen set up. For a first time purchase, not getting hand me downs, and having it at a great price, these knifes were a great buy.

    The knives are sharp but you have to hand wash them. Why in this day and age have something to hand wash only. So far it hasn't been an issue but I'm scared to put it in the dish washer.

    Great knife set. The steak knives are rough on surfaces other than tough meat, but the other knives can be used on fruits, veggies, etc. I would give them 5 stars if the steak knives were smoother like my last Farberware knife set.
