Solid Effort for an EP

So, I am a longtime Buckcherry fan. For those of us that have stuck with the band over the years, I would recommend this as a nice bonus gift. For those that have never heard the group, I would not. The EP is essentially a teaser for the atmosphere of the group's famed live performances. Two notable tracks: their "slightly adjusted" version of "I Love It" (the second track on the EP) is classic Buckcherry fun; the bonus track, their cover of "Mama Kin," really eschews the typical attempts at Aerosmith covers by embracing their noted similarities.

F as in F-bomb is prominently featured in every song title and through out the lyrics, but that is what we have come expect from these guys and appreciate in a satirical sort of way. Most of us will recognize their cover of "I love it" by Icona Pop with some slightly modified lyrics. Good hard driving rock and the bonus track "Mamma Kin" is a nice surprise and done well but purist will still prefer it from Aerosmith or even Guns'N'Roses. Buckcherry puts the F in F-bomb, living like hell for the rest of us.

Using the "F" word a zillion times over a relatively few songs is admittedly a gimmick. But the songs are strong, the vocals are screamingly sharp, and you will not hear many collections that fit together sonically as well.
What I am saying is, I found myself playing this disc in the car over and over, and as long as no "virgin ears" are present, it is a really fun listen.
If you dig great guitar sounds, loud and lush, with a spot on rhythm section and an elite rock vocalist, do not hesitate to enjoy this one.....just in case pick up a good pair of "over ear" headphones so you can listen around children and your boss without getting reprimanded.

The reason I bought this at Best Buy was because of the bonus Aerosmith cover of "Mama Kin", and I'm glad I spent the extra dollar I would have saved at other retailers. If you're a fan of Buckcherry this will not disappoint. I look forward to the next EP or LP from this excellent rock band.

Love Buckcherry. The idea behind the title may be a little juvenile but the music is great. It's a fun EP. This EP was more enjoyable than their last album. The inclusion of Mama Kin as a bonus track was unnecessary. An extra song written by the band would have been preferred.

This Cd could have been named FBombs!! Every song but one is an F##K
title with ongoing hard rock F##Ks thruout! The single exception is the last cut, a bonus track. And with this awesome price, this EP of 7 cuts is a required disk for any hard core music lovers collection.

This EP is just okay to me.It could have been alot better.Mama Kin as the exclusive track is really good. They should have released this as a full length album with those singles club cover songs that they only made available online for download only.

The last couple of Buckcherry releases have left me wondering, when, if ever, Buckcherry would return to the style of music I fell in love with in the beginning like the s/t album, Time Bomb, 15, and Black Butterfly. Happily they have! This EP sounds great and gives me hope that Buckcherry may be getting back to what I liked best about them in previous efforts.

If you like Buckcherry, you will enjoy this little slice of slice of foul mouthed rock! Some really good, catchy tunes if you don't mind shouting out the F-Bomb while riding down the road!!

Buckcherry's F is a collection of songs based on the F word which is genius. Buckcherry never disappoints. The only con is that there are only 6 new songs.

I knew this was an EP when I bought it, and the lower price compared to a full album is justified. Very heavy on the "F"s, but overall enjoyable.

Buckcherry delivers a punch in the face, pure rock EP that finally gives the F-bomb some much deserved attention. Proving once again rock is not dead! Be sure to buy the EP at Best Buy to get the bonus track cover of Mama Kin.

I love this album. If you are easily offended by the use of the F-bomb, you probably should stay away from this album. If you aren't and want to enjoy a very fun album with very catchy tunes and lyrics, this one is for you!!

Not a audiophile by any means, but all songs are catchy and upbeat that Buckcherry is known for.
