I use them every day. They came quick and nicely packaged. I like that they go up to a high amount of weight which is what I was looking for. These are my first pair and it has helped me to work out more often. I leave them by my bed so I get a few reps in every time I see them. The only thing is they make noise but that is expected, but for my usage, they have been good.
