The shredder is heavy duty and seems efficient. Once you put a shredder bag in, it doesn't fit easily back in place. Also it seems to have a sensor that if it doesn't think it has a paper in the drive it will stop running until another piece is placed in the grinder. The base is fairly rinky-dink but I do like the fact it has wheels (optional).

Works great, but it is heavy, so a little hard to move around. Doesn't do as many pages as the previous version, but still handles more than most. And good value without going into the $500 price range

This item was really heavy. I can state though, it works exceptionally well. I haven't had a issue with it so far. I liked the fact that it came with small trial oil for the blades.

Bought this because we do animal rescue and have a parrot recovering from drug addiction she is bald so her normal corn cob bedding cuts her skin so we us paper shreds as they are softer on her skin we need alot of bedding in a short time this shredder is quite an fast it shreds alot of paper in a short time

I've owned a lot of shredders and this is the largest by far. It's also the quietest. I also love the wheels where you can bring it out from under the desk for shredding work and then stow it away again. I use it in my home office to shred anything with an address before recycling, old files or even old credit cards. Highly recommend.

Although the bin is smaller than my last Fellowes shredder, this is more than adequate for my home office. This bin is easier to empty and the powerful motor shreds paper very quickly and fairly quietly also.

I wanted a new shredder for my office in a new home and read reviews on this one, I had no problems setting it up, it works well and it is quite quiet compared to other shredders we have owned over the years. I recommend it!

Shredder works great! Paper is finely shredded into a confetti mess. Good riddence junk mail and bills. It has no problem with CD's or expired credit cards and such and I can get through quite a bit of my shred pile before it has to stop to cool off. I've had it for two years and I haven't killed it yet like my prior ones. It's just a much better one.

This shredder is fast and gets the job done!! My only complaint is that there is not some type of warning signal as the bucket is getting full of shredded paper. The only warning that I am getting is that the shredder stops when the bucket is over-filled and the shredded paper flies everywhere as you remove the bucket to empty it.

The shredder is very well made. The one thing that would make it better is to offer the purchase of bags for machine. I would be more than happy to purchase them. The basket holding the paper could be made more sturdy. It is rather thin.

I've fed it thick envelopes full of credit card offers and it chews through them as easy as it digests any junk mail with an address on it. I don't trust bar codes on envelopes, so in they go. This is a Monster it'll eat any thing that fits the slot

A REAL good buy. An excellent product! We are glad the old shredder gave up the Ghost. This new shredder is a joy to use.

This works very good. I shredded until it shut off for over hearing multiple times. The button that helps with Jams is a good feature.

I had another brand of shredder but it was starting to lag. I had planned on purging my files and there was going to be lots to shred so I decided to get a new one. So far I have shredded a big garbage bag full and it didn't lock up or stop. I am very pleased with this shredder. It will also shred cds and dvds which is a plus. Not many can do this.

Great shredder at a reasonable price. I needed something that could shred CDs, unsolicited mail, credit cards as well as paper. This shredder does just that. Only wish the time before over heating was longer.

Used it continuously ran great... Only overheated once...

Shredder is quiet and shreds fast. Large capacity basket.
