A: I would guess that together the powerhead and bucket weight about 35 pounds. The powerhead is not something you want to drop on your foot!!
Q: will the shredder overheat ?
A: Hi Barbecue. Continuous operation for 20 minutes will trigger a 40 minute cool down period.
Q: What is the continuous run time of the shredder?
A: I'm not sure. I have run it continuously until the bin is filled and it never lagged, turned off or clogged up. It has a button you can push to clear a clog in it if it happens. It will stop and illuminate a red light if it gets too hot.
