This was a grade level down from the more expensive one which I had to return. Took it back to Best Buy and then bought the cheaper model which has worked perfectly!

Good product for my home office. Allowed me to clean up a build up of shredding quickly due to the power and number of sheets. Trade off is that it is a little loud.

This is the 2nd Fellowes shredder I have bought. The first one lasted 8 years. We shred everything with our name and or address on it. This one is very fast but is very loud. It does the job well

Great shredder,doesn’t overheat quickly like my previous machine . Only negative is having to lift off top to empty bin. A slide out bin would have been much easier to use

So far this has been a decent shredder. I did have an issue when shredding a thick credit card that killed the shredder, but support at Fellowes was great and they sent a replacement immediately.

The product works well as long as the top portion is seated well on the basket. Sometimes this requires lifting up and replacing the top. A little annoying, but overall, this product works well.

I am very happy with my new shredder. It was very easy to take right out of the box and start using. It has a lock and unlock button for safety, and an on and off slider. The directions say it will shred 11 sheets at a time. I don't count the sheets each time, but it handles the sheets I put in.

Item is exactly as advertised, and works exactly as described. The basket is decent size but still compact enough to fit under the desk. The shredder is perfect for my purposes, which I would describe as light to medium use.

Very pleased with the operation of the shredder. Performs as advertised. Only minus is the noise level. I have not owned a crosscut shredder before, so I don't know if this is the norm.

Like all shredder’s I’ve ever owned Thi’s occasionally does get stuck. But still it perseveres.

The machine performs well, but will not take more than 6 pages. It is fast enough that I still can shred quite a bit of material in a half hour time frame--not continuously--gets quite warm.

We have been cleaning out old files and shredding a lot. We have had no problem with overheating using it sensibly, and it has plenty of power and shreds just fine. I'd buy it again.

Handled a heavy load of shredding. It runs great and it was reasonably priced. Very pleased with the purchase.

Good for home use; strong motor does the job. Would have liked a larger container with a front pull out to empty contents instead of the handle to remove entire shredder head. Getting the top to line up again on the container takes a couple of tries--I'm still getting used to it, so this may improve.

This shredder will do what it says it will do..shred 11 sheets at a time. Infrequently a shred of paper will catch in the middle of the shredder causing the shredder to shut down. Clearing the paper allows the shredder to restart.
