I am very happy so far.It takes a lot of paper at one time.I like the easy pull out basket,makes unloading it easy.

purchased this shredder and it was a very good price. it is a very nice shredder fast and easy to clean out due to handle hope lasts a long time.. would buy again .

This is the first time I own a Fellowes shredder.I like that it cross cut the papers ,cut s credit cards and that It has a safety lock. Which h is great because it will help to prevent accidents. I was a little dissapointed,because I expected that it could also shred CDs/DVDs.

This shredder was purchased to replace one 5 yrs old. The difference and power is like night and day. I only wish the plastic container holding the shredded materiel was a little larger . . . I had a lot of stuff to shred. I am sure once I diminish my paper load the container will be adequate.

easy to use and more than adequate for my needs. Has not jammed and handles everything I want shredded. No more worry that documents will be accessed from my trash.

I bought this to replace an old (15 years) shredder that had lost its mojo. This unit is not exactly quiet, but it does the job with power to spare.

Love this shredder, it was easy to set up and can handle a large amount of shredding in a short period of time. Very user friendly and it has great safety options.

Works nicely, has not gummed up like others do. Only complaint is that you have to take the shredderhead off of the shred bin to empty thus, spilling some stuff when you do so.

Very useful and easy to use! A lil heavy but i like the open space bin on the top side.

Powerful motor and long lasting cutters shred paper in quarter inch wide sections making it easy to load up the container before dumping it. The manual lock feature is a safety net when you have to leave the unit free standing where innocent fingers might go prying.

I use it periodically, and it does the work. I just emptied my first bucketful of shredded paper. And used the recommended spray to keep it sharpened. The only issue I have is the "noise" themachinemakes as it chews up the paper. But this maybe an inherent problem of all shredders.

Yes, it's a little loud - but it's a shredder so I expected it. Other than that it works great doing multiple pages.

This shredder is definitely an asset for anyone needing to shred quantities of documents. It performs well and met our expectations. We shredded 40 years of documents and old checks without a hiccup.

It does the job although shredder does not shred 11 sheets at a time and takes about 1 hour to cool before machine is able to proceed with shredding. I thought the slot in front would be a good thing but it lets the particles through when shredding.
