I’ve had this shredder for a year now and it is still shredding as well as the first day I bought it. Shreds paper and credit cards. Just make sure you purchase lunricating oil and use as recommended. Every few weeks I shred all the junk mail which fills up the basket. I usually shred 2 baskets every few weeks. I love this shredder and would recommend this product to everyone.

Does the job quick and easy. We have a lot of papers that need to be shredded on a weekly basis and this model does a fine job.

Not that I have a lot of other shredders to compare to, but when the time came to finally get rid of a bunch of old papers who's time had come, after reading a bunch of other reviews, I chose the Fellowes Powershred W-11C. For what I needed it for, shredding old papers, with the ability to shred the occasional expired card, this has been everything that I have needed it to be.

This shredder does work well if you keep it to 10 pages or less, but it is a bit loud. I guess not a big deal, but that's the only con I can think of.

A great upgrade to my previous 5 year old Fellowes. Takes up less space and very efficient. Only draw back is the noise.

This is the best purchase my husband and I have made in years. It shreds everything and in record time. No more saving documents because you don't know how to get rid of them. I 100% recommend this to anyone and everyone.

This is a really good shredder. Shreds into small enough pieces so you'll feel secure in disposing documents, works fast. Rated 4/5 stars because bin is a bit too small for me (fills up quickly), a slight burning smell when papers are being shredded for a while (maybe after 15 minutes of on and off again usage), and removing the top to empty the shredder bin is a challenge. The top is so heavy, it makes emptying the bin a bit of a hassle. Other than that, really good shredder for a little over $100!

I bought this earlier this year for home use to shred bank statements and personal papers. It works well, and is a very solid piece of equipment. You do have to limit the number of pages you shred at a time. It can easily do about 10 sheets at a time. I remove staples and paper clips to also reduce strain on the unit. It has worked well for me, and seems to be strong enough to last many years of home use. I am very happy with it, and would buy this brand again if I needed another.

The fastest shredder I have ever owned. It gobbles paper like it's candy. Amazingly fast and relatively quiet. I was so impressed I decided to pamper it, so I bought some Fellowes lubricant oil and plan to give it a shot of lubricant after every basket dump. It's a beauty!!!

Shreds through papers with no problem. Does not jam and is not too noisy. Easy on off and reverse buttons.
