I really like this shredder it is easy to use and doesn't jam up

Bought this for my girlfriends mom so she can shred around 10 years worth of mail. She has been following the instruction of the shredder and shred regularly it is going strong after 2 weeks worth of continuous shredding with breaks for the system to cool down. (DONT FORGET TO GET OIL FOR THE BLADES)

We selected this particular model/brand as it was suitable for our needs. It is working fine so far.

bought it cause it was on sale. it does cut paper but don’t put staples or it will mess up. you get what you pay for...

In comparison to my old one which I had for many years this is a Cadillac!! I love the pull out drawer, but don't get it too full or it will go all over the place. It is quieter than my old one. Shreds very well and can shred faster using more pages. I would recommend to anyone

I am really enjoying this shredder so far. From receipts to old debit/credit cards, I haven't experienced any issues with jamming or items getting stuck. I appreciate how it has a forward and reverse option, in case it was needed.

The Fellowes Shredder W-11C11 is a well made machine. Powerful motor does its job without bogging down under work load. My wife is disposing of all old documents and etc.. NO problems what so ever with this unit. 11 sheet crosscut shredder works for us.

This Fellows is just what i expected such a great product.The only thing i wish the catch can was bigger

Burned up my old shredder shredding about 40 years' worth of documents. Bought this, it got me the rest of the way. Good shredder.

I had owned a Fellows shredder for several years . My old one finally died after I abused it by trying to shred too much too fast . This new one is even better at shredding than the old one & it had a very fair price to boot . I would highly recommend it to anyone .

This shredder works great. When our old one finally bit the dust we searched the internet for another that might last as long as the first one did. This one got the best ratings for the price so we gave it a try. It hasn't disappointed us in any way so far. Now only time will tell.

This has been the best shredder I’ve ever had to date, because it can shred more without shutting down which is one of the first things I noticed compared to the many that I owned in the past.

bought this shredder to replace my old one and it shreds paper very fast and you can put about 5 pieces of paper in at a time and it will cut easily and it has a good size basket but the actual cutter is a little heavy than other shredders Ive tried ,also its a nice looking machine to keep out in the open.

This shredder has turned out to be a fabulous investment. I love that it cross shreds and has a safety lock on it.

Bought to replace one I killed with shredding overload. I’ve learned my lesson and will be kinder to this shredder which so far works very well. I like the open area that allows you to see how full the shredder is before it just stops until you empty it.

I find this shredder to be quieter than my previous shredder. Sturdy structure, great quality

This shredder works better than any other shredder I have owned in this price range. The other shredders overheated and ceased working after shredding 7-8 sheets for 2-3 minutes continuously.

Great shredder for the price it got the job done. I had to shred items that where many years old and current paperwork. It took five days but was very happy with the shredder. Held up to the task with only minor issue which where caused because of being tired and trying to feed too much into the shredder.

And they deserve it. Most shredders claim to be resilient. We explicitly followed instructions, would let her rest/cool down for long periods of time and yet she still jammed up. I can't say its the brand. Its shredders in general. This one is pricy, but if you have shredding, it does the job...adequately

Heavy duty, works well. Well worth the money. Less than a month owned.
