NOT HAPPY with Purchase !!!!!!!

After being home for a few hours my son was helping me to unpack the product.. I was really upset to see that someone had used it and returned this shredder to the store. Needless to say I can't give it a higher rating due I was unable to use it since someone else beat me to the punch! So I had not choice but to I RETURNED it. the next morning.

Good all purpose cross-cut shredder.
