Store associates were very helpful in choosing this product and helping us find the best prices online to price match. This product works great for home use and does wonders with mass shredding which is what we at the time needed it for. Did not get too hot after several minutes of use as cheaper models tend to do.I will use this brand again if another is ever needed.
